Jessica is always on time and does a great job. My only concern is that lately every helper she brings is a new cleaner in training, and a different one every time. So far, they have done an acceptable job but I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel I should have only experienced cleaners for the price I pay, and I prefer to have the same helper every time.

The Company's communications and payment systems are excellent, and responses to questions are always prompt, clear, and courteous.

Not at all impressed with the cleaning service that we were given. They cleaned both my house and my sister’s house. My house was cleaned okay, they didn’t move anything on the shelving that I would have expected to be dusted. My sister’s house looks like they just barely cleaned the main floor. We were supposed to have the fridge cleaned and it looks like they didn’t even open it. There are still onion peels in the vegetable drawer and a sticky residue on the top of the fridge pull out drawer. Something you would have surely seen and wiped if you were cleaning it. There are toothpaste marks still on the countertops upstairs in the bathroom and it looks like they didn’t even sweep the floor, there’s still sand and dust bunnies in corners and on the stairs that I would have expected to be cleaned up. The pricing we were quoted would have been fine if they had done a good job, but I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail we were given. We won’t be using them again.

I reached out to Jacky to clean my elderly mother's bedroom and bathroom. I hired her company for 2 hours, which should have been more than enough time considering the small size of both rooms. I told my mother to let the cleaner know to clean her bedroom, bathroom, and to clean the kitchen if there was time left. The cleaner, however, decided to spend 1.5 hours in the kitchen and leave the areas I hired them to do last. The cleaner says my mother told her to clean the kitchen first, which my mother denies. I believe my mother. I reached out to Jackie and showed her how dirty the bathroom floor was. I was not combative, but as you can see, Jacky was quite rude back. She refused to return to clean the bathroom floors and took no accountability. Also, in addition to the cleaner arriving 1 - 1.5 hours late, her vehicle also had profane bumper stickers on it (it had the b- and a- words on it), which I found quite appalling.Overall, I'm not impressed at all by the job they did. My initial conversation with Jacky was very pleasant, so I was actually taken aback by her response. What a shame.
