Please do not use this service if you have expensive items in your home. I have given them specific instructions regarding our marble countertops and marble floors every time they have come to clean. After yesterday’s cleaning, not only did the cleaners keep the stone cleaner I provided for them to use, but they also applied something to the marble countertops in two bathrooms that etched into our polished marble.
When my husband requested to speak with the owner, he was redirected to a manager who stated that they used the stone cleaner they were instructed to use. We have used this cleaner consistently, and it has never etched our marble before. The only explanation is that a cloth with another cleaner or product was used on the marble, because these marks were absolutely not present prior to their visit.
My husband is very particular and inspected everything carefully before leaving that morning and again when he returned home. He does not like having cleaners in our home specifically due to concerns like this. However, due to my recent obligations, I needed help keeping up with daily cleaning. That decision turned out to be a big mistake, as this company is now taking zero responsibility for damage caused to very expensive marble.

Actually, our home is barely two years old. There is no previous buildup, and we keep it very clean. The product I instructed your girls to use was recommended by the marble installer and has never caused an issue in the two years we have used it.
Your girls came in with two buckets of cleaners, and my husband will send you pictures of the pink product that was still in the shower after they supposedly cleaned it. We had to go behind them and redo the work they spent three hours in our home doing. The one who did not speak English stayed busy vacuuming and dusting, which I appreciated. The one who was cleaning the bathrooms and spoke English was on her phone the majority of the time she was in my home, so maybe she was distracted by her conversation and forgot my very clear instructions.
The bottle of stone cleaner I gave them to use was not left in my home, and if it was, I’d like you to ask them where they put it. I will not go back and forth with you via your Google review page. If our marble guy is unable to fix the damage your company did, we will see you in small claims court.
There are cameras in my home, and I’m happy to let the court hear your employee’s extended phone conversation while she was supposed to be cleaning. My husband also has many pictures to show you. Instead of immediately being on the defense, it would be better to listen to your customers—especially if you are going into million-dollar homes. Do better

Great communication and quick response time. They accommodated my schedule, which I really appreciated. The first cleaner did a great job on the baseboards but missed some other areas. I shared my concerns, and the staff coordinating the appointment immediately apologized and scheduled someone else to come out within 48 hrs.

It has been over 48 hours, and I still have not received a response from my last message with Jackie. I feel that it now deserves a review because this could have been handled in a different manner by your company. Any time my wife or I messaged or talked to Jackie the first reaction was to dismiss and blame the client for the issue that we were calling about. I understand that you have protocols and procedures in place to prevent any cross-contamination of cleaning products or rags, but it can happen and I’m sure it does happen. No one is ever perfect at anything. There are distractions and there are mistakes that are made. It is how you, as an owner, and your managers handle them when they occur. The ball was dropped in our situation. Instead of the customer is always right, you blamed us because we had your team use a product we provided. Mind you, it was a product that we have used many times before with no issues. I even told you there was residue left in the shower that clearly shows your team was not using what you said they are supposed to use in the shower. I asked for someone to come out and look at the spots on the countertops and to see what was used in the showers. It wasn’t consistent with what your manager, Isa, told me was being used. After speaking with both you and Isa with no offer of any help or even an offer to come back out to the house to investigate yourself my wife posted her review. During my last phone conversation with you I told you I would send some pictures however you still said you probably were not going to do anything because you spoke to your staff and they followed your protocols and procedures. I am uploading my texts with Jackie so we can be transparent. You stopped communicating with me over a review my wife gave of your company even after she called in to say she was dissatisfied with the cleaning that same day and you have thrown your hands up over something I believe that your staff caused.

I had the great pleasure of having my home cleaned by Custom Cleanups. I have co complaints whatsoever. They ladies are friendly, respectful, and professional. They explained the process when they arrived. And they did an awesome job with the cleaning. They were very detailed. I don't know how they were able to remove the water ring stain in the toilets, but they removed them! Everything is now squeaky cleaning, and I'm thankful.

If you’re looking for a pool company in the FishHawk, Lithia or Riverview area look no further as Puffin Pools/Joe the owner is the absolute best! When my husband and I were looking for new pools companies to service our pool (as our last reputable pool company almost turned our pool green/did not train their staff properly) something that stood out to me that Joe said, “I promise I will treat your pool as if it was my own”. Joe is very knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to pool care. He is reliable and shows up each week to take care of our pool. We don't have to do anything, but swim and enjoy the pool! We used Aquapressure Cleaning solutions for our lanai and pool patio area. We were very pleased with the work, and price was reasonable. We had used 2 different companies in the past and were quite disappointed with the work. Jorge was very attentive, set realistic expectations and went above and beyond to protect my garden, which is right outside the lanai. We will absolutely hire him again in the future.
