Tyler and Angelo arrived in a very timely manner, ready to get to work. Both of them were knowledgeable and professional, but more importantly courteous and understanding as to the stressful situation I’d found myself in. They worked efficiently and diligently, informing me of the process as they went along. The two moved my belongings with great care, as to avoid damages and effectively dry out the moisture damage in various parts of the home. If ever you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing home restoration due to flooding, major or minor, I highly recommend using Bonafide Restoration.

Great company to work with. We went with a concealed fastener metal roof to replace our 20-year-old shingle roof and it looks great!
No problems with any of the team members, they answered all my questions and were very responsive.
Brian came out for the initial sale and came back with samples of all the metal colors as well as a sample panel (when we had decided to go with metal vs shingle), he kept in touch and provide us with a detailed estimate (line items for each aspect of the roof) quickly.
Jose was on-site for the job and kept us up to date with progress and any issues (such as rotted wood that needed to be replaced).
Would highly recommend Rhino Roofing!

RHINO TO THE RESCUE

October 10; hurricane Milton drenched Orlando in unrelenting rains.
Consequently, the furious winds and rain came intruding in my house in 3 areas. Honestly, because of magnitude of the storm I really didn’t expect a quick response from a roofing company: Desperately I called four different roofing companies. Rhino was the only company that responded. Truly I was relieved someone could help. The salesman went beyond what I expected,,,,he temporarily found the leaks and patched them as best he could with materials we had on hand. The leaks stopped.
The following week, we met again to discuss a new roof.
It was painless. They arranged financing and the new roof was installed shortly thereafter.
A dire situation turned into a wonderful experience.

Rhino Roofing was the one roofing company we felt was being honest and true with us from the get go. Brandon came out and looked at our roof and told us it could be repaired after we had numerous companies tell us they recommended replacement. This year for many has been rough and our family was not in a position to simply replace the roof just because. After looking at their reviews and speaking with Brandon and Ms. Bonnie and having nothing but wonderful customer service we knew they were most definitely the company for us. They got us in before the holiday and our roof is fixed. Jose and his crew came out and had our roof repair done in less than 3 hours. We even signed up for the membership program to have annual inspections done for peace of mind to make sure we never end up in a sticky situation again. Our home has a barrel roof tile. We constantly have damage to our roof due to golf balls hitting the roof. As many Floridians know, homeowners insurance rates have been skyrocketing. In order to keep the costs reasonable a new roof is recommended. Rhino Roofing under the care of Jose was able to complete the entire job in less then 2 weeks and provided a superior product and experience which exceeded our expectations. Jose was professional, responsible, reliable, and was able to address all of my concerns promptly even after working hours. His team tirelessly worked on my roof in order to meet our timelines. Thank you for a job well done and we highly recommend the company. A year later, Brandon came to inspect the job and was very professional, courteous, and did a thorough inspection in my attic and on the exterior of the house.

I am editing my former review of the one star that I gave Rhino Roofing. The reason for this revision is that there was some miscommunication with the phone call. They did come out and inspected my metal roof again. They are going to come out and do some more sealing of the areas that the leak may be coming from, which I’m very pleased about. I’m hoping that this will rectify the leaking that I have in my back room. They have been very generous and kind and I am grateful for that. Thank you Brandon and Chase!

Very polite and professional. Even minor problems were addressed promptly and courteously by the project manager or GM.

Our roof, gutters and soffit look first-rate. We’re the third house in our neighborhood to have our roof replaced and all three of us speak highly of our experience with onsite laborers (very friendly and hard-working), management, administration and billing. A very well-run company, and we highly recommend them!

Update 7/2025:
I wanted to update my original review from about 10 months ago and still give Rhino and their team 5 Stars!

I called Rhino up a few weeks ago to see if they could replace my roof at this time, and sure enough they had availability! I'd also got a couple other estimates from other companies, and Rhino's prices were very fair, especially when you consider the quality products they use, the workmanship, and warranty they provide. Today I have a beautiful new roof and I am 10,000% confident I chose the correct company!

I want to commend a few people who helped out along the way: Thank you Brandon for coming back out and walking me through all options and explaining the process from start to finish. Brandon was the reason I chose Rhino - super knowledgeable and also realistic, but most importantly very friendly. Other companies only wanted to discuss dollars and were short, they left me with more questions than answers, yet Brandon went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact roof I needed.

Jimmy is also an awesome guy, all around! He and his team did excellent work, and it was quite timely! About a full day for the roof, and a small part of a second day to wrap everything up and to get some additional parts for replacing my skylight. Jimmy kept me in the loop with updates and the icing on the cake was his care with the pool solar system I had attached to the old roof - he even capped off the pipes to keep my pool running smooth which was just above and beyond what I could have expected! Thank you again, Jimmy.

Finally, Bonnie was so incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. From the initial call to the payment process, I was at ease the whole time. What a great representative for the company! Also, I spoke with Chase once over the phone, and while it was just a quick update to let me know permitting was approved to schedule the install, he seemed very nice and confirmed all the details and made sure I was ready!

Thank you again, Rhino team. Just as Rhino was recommended to me, I will be sure to do the same!

Brandon came to my home in Orlando for a consultation on roof repair. He did an extremely thorough job inspecting the roof, ceiling, attic, and more. Due to the age of my roof and severity of leak/damage, they could not recommend repair and advised a full replacement as the cost would only be marginally more.

Unfortunately, they said they are not taking full-replacement jobs at this time as they are backed up. Still, there was no charge and they were very upfront and honest with me. I only wish they were taking full-replacement jobs at this time because they seem like a great company to work with.

I want to say I hope we can do business soon, but that would mean something went very wrong with whichever other company I use :) Cheers and thanks again!
