Constraction reviews in Longwood, Florida

We have used Rhino Roofing for several years for roof repairs and maintenance. Recently we decided it was time to finally replace our roof. We met with the owner, Russ Noyes, and he was most helpful in making all the necessary decisions as to type of tile and color. Most importantly he stands by their work with a 15 year warranty. The work was all done exactly as promised and the finished product looks awesome. The work crew was led by Jose Allicock. They were terrific. They worked quite hard to finish on time and we were impressed by their attention to detail. If you need you roof replaced, this is the company I highly recommend to do the job!

Max was awesome! He helped me set up a plan and go through the process to get new gutters installed and even did some shingle repairs on the house for no charge. Would 100% recommend these guys for the quality job and excellent customer service!

Rhino Roofing Orlando did an amazing job on our roof! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The team was punctual, kept the worksite clean, and completed the project on time. They used high-quality materials and ensured every detail was perfect. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they answered all our questions with patience and expertise. We couldn’t be happier with the results—our roof looks fantastic and is built to last. Highly recommend Rhino Roofing Orlando to anyone in need of top-notch roofing services!

Max from Reno Roofing was fantastic! After issues with two other companies, a neighbor recommended them. Max arrived on time, provided a clear quote, and quickly resolved my roofing problem. Highly recommend Reno Roofing—ask for Max!

Terrible experience and outcomes with this company. After the first repair, the water leak got way worse and they installed fascia that was slanted and chipped. No quality control. For months, they tried to brush me off saying the leak was a gutter issue all while my roof and supporting structures continued to crack and damage. So then I was forced to hire gutter professionals who told me that its a roof issue. Since Max and Chase at Rhino didnt believe me, I climbed all the way and traversed into the roof attic (extremely dangerous) and took a video of leak to prove that they were wrong. Only then, they agreed to do a water leak test, and voila they found the leak. How do you not source/diagnose a leak before you fix something?? This should be standard protocol. So of course Rhino wants to double the money to fix what should have been done in the beginning a few months prior. Then after the 2nd repair, after not receiving a report nor pics of what was done, I found that they didnt even replace 30 ft of metal flashing after they charged me for it. After I brought this up, Chase tried telling me this is standard protocol to not replace the flashing (lol) and then he got heated and threatened to add interest to my bill and take me to collections if I dont pay by the next day. Scammy tactics and aggressive behavior. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind and quality work that will last more than a few months. Get multiple quotes.

Max checked our roof, which was done by Rhino a few years ago. He was very thorough and friendly

Rhino Roofing recently replaced the tile roof on my home and I am a very satisfied customer. I spoke with Bonnie to schedule an appointment for an estimate. She was so friendly and courteous. Brandon was my roof specialist and did a thorough job checking my roof and attic. After speaking with him I knew Rhino Roofing was the company I wanted to use. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job. Jose Alicando was on site working and communicated with me every day. He was always so kind and patient and answered any questions I had. I feel confident my roof will last for many, many years. Bonnie, Brandon and Jose provided great customer service!

From the beginning, Brandon did an excellent job explaining the entire process to me. He was up front and honest and there was no pressure to buy at all. John and the roofing crew did an excellent job swapping my roof and taking care of my property. I keep getting compliments from friends and neighbors about how good my roof looks. Rhino Roofing made the entire process a breeze and took the stress out of getting my roof swapped. I would recommend them to anyone. I got an amazing roof at a fair price.
