This company is currently not in business - I simply ask them to come out to give me an estimate on a deck work for about 3 weeks and the owner don't have any time to come out to give me an estimate i've been waiting for 3 weeks and had to keep on extending my time to reschedule for an estimate because the owner cannot make it. You are what you do in and outside of your business.

Amazing experience!! Had my pool refinished using Waters Edge. Rav and his team were great through the whole process. Having your pool and patio under construction can be unsettling but everyone on the team was willing to stop and walk me through any concerns. No question was dismissed or unanswered. I greatly appreciated the quick response from Rav anytime I had a question or concern. All calls and texts were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend Waters Edge.

I highly recommend using Rav for any restoration projects you may have. He gave me a competitive estimate, made sure to keep me informed on next steps, the team was on time each day they came, cleaned up the work area and met all my expectations. Pool came out great.

Waters Edge turned our 1980's pool into a beautiful resort pool with a sun shelf and 360 spillover spa. They always answer the phone and did a great job. I also just called them 3 years later looking for a gasket thats not their responsibility and they have it ready for me. Pretty impressed with their customer service 3 years later!

I would give them a rating of 4.6 for pool remodel. Workers are very respectful and work very hard. Other than a few hiccups and weather delays, I am very happy with the results. Before, during and after 📸

Rav was very knowledgeable and great to work with! Our pool had a long crack in the shell and it was leaking a lot of water. His company did a great job refinishing it we now have a brand new looking pool! I would definitely recommend him and his company>

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could give Waters Edge 0 stars I sure would. They did a horrible job for me spending well over $8,000. I had pavers put in along with my pool being resurfaced, internal border siding, and pavers throughout the lanai. Save your time and money, they will not respond to your request and make excuses for why they wont fix it. I have spoke with many others dealing with the same problems. As you see in the following pictures how I have stain marks on the floor for them not smoothing it out evenly, along with siding and through out the pool unevenly surfaced. I should have stuck with the same original pool surface which was over 20 years old, it looked better than this.The owner said he could patch up the spots but that will be even more noticed. I have had a pool service guy since day one of getting it resurfaced and he said this was definetaly done wrong and that is why spots are all over from no smoothing evenly on the surface. I would never recommend them to anyone. Don't expect anything back from these people

Waters edge pools was a knowledgeable friendly and descriptive company and we would recommend them to anyone who asked. They were timely in starting our pool and patio renovation, kept communication with us, and were thorough and meticulous about any and all of our needs and requests. We are so happy with the results

12/5/23 - editing my review to add we are still so happy with this company and our new pool. Rav has been checking in about the pool chemistry and sending his guy out to assist us. There was a small part missing from our jets and when I let Rav know he sent someone out to fix it the very next morning. 1000% you should go with this company. We haven't worked with a company of any kind this good in a really long time.

We could not be happier! Rav was a pleasure to work with, honest, fair, and communicative. Rav always texts back within minutes and was always easy to get ahold of if we had questions. His crew of guys was so fantastic. They were meticulous and had such attention to detail and care for their work. They also weren’t creepy! It’s not often you have a ton of men working at your house that you don’t feel wary of as a woman. We felt nothing but comfortable and the crew was super friendly and a joy to have around. Our old pool has crumbling coping and a bad surface job. The last renovation of the pool before we bought our house was not a good job. We had the surface refinished (midnight lagoon color), coping and tile replaced, and installed a sun shelf. We decided on the sun shelf at the last minute and Rav and the guys were flexible about letting us make that addition. Our new pool is gorgeous and we highly recommend them if you need to refinish your pool!

Rav and his crew remodeled my pool August of 2022. They chipped out the old tile and resurfaced with a Pebble Finish. Rav was very helpful with the surface selections as he had tons of pictures of other completed pools. For the most part he did what he said he would, when he said he'd do it. They took about 2-3 weeks in total to finish. The weather postponed things longer than it otherwise would have been, so they were pretty quick.

The pool and tile came out great. So far I'm very happy. The only caveat is, if you hire them, put down your own protective barriers (literally everywhere you expect them to be). His crew is very messy and does not clean up after themselves well.

FYI we went with Pebble Beach Midnight Lagoon for the finish and the tile is Aquabella quartzite grey.

Rav and his team are very responsive to customer concerns and in tune with the needs of his customers. Our pool looks absolutely fantastic and I recommend his resurfacing and paver work to anyone considering making their old pool brand new again. Thank you Water’s Edge!

Our pool was over 20 years old and appeared to be running away from the house. It was in desperate need of a major face lift. After searching around and gathering quotes from multiple companies, and reading lots of reviews, we decided to go with Rav from Water's Edge Pools this past Feb 2019.

First and foremost, one of my biggest pet peeves is lack of communication and service. Going into this I was concerned with all the horror stories you hear about contractors and major renovation projects. I'm happy to say that this was not the case with Rav and Water's Edge. He answered all of our questions, provided input, and kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. They started on time and finished earlier than I expected. The outcome has transformed our pool into something I could never imagine in my backyard. We decided to go with a Travertine Coping and Aqua Blue Pebble finish surrounded by Flagstone Pavers. Not only do I have a beautiful pool, but we also have a new pool system/equipment, an extended deck and driveway, and a new front porch area. The transformation in the front and back of the house is amazing!

I would definitely recommend Water's Edge Pools for any of your remodeling needs. Rav was easy going, down to earth, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Rav, Cheryl and his team were great and very easy to work with. Came to house and helped with choosing tile and pebble colors due to a unique deck surface. Process went smooth, removed and hauled away old fiberglass coating, had a hiccup but was promptly addressed and taken care of. Easy to get ahold of and discuss anything during process. Tile work was good and the Pebble Beach finish looks great. Thank you again!!!

We used Waters Edge to resurface our pool and hot tub. Rav and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were able to start the work quickly and finished the job within the proposed timeline. I highly recommend using them!

Rav and his crew were great! They handled our pool renovation. Which included a new sun shelf, resurfacing the pool, deck and added pavers under our hot tub. Additionally on the shelf they added a bubbler and umbrella holder to shield us from the sun when needed. During the process I would receive regular calls with updates and was made aware of any delays. They had great pricing and stayed on target for the time frame given. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. I would definitely recommend!

Water’s Edge was contracted to:
• Refinish my existing 30 year-old pool with their patented Pebble Beach finish.
• Replace all tile and coping.
• Replace and upgrade the in-pool light to a multicolor LED type light.
• Oversee installation of pavers atop the existing concrete pool deck (~900 sq. ft.).
It was very convenient to have one contractor oversee all aspects of the pool renovation since coordination of schedules can always be a challenge. Water’s Edge did a great job of coordinating the paver installation, electrical work for the new light, installation of the new tile and coping and finally, the refinishing of the inside of the pool. All of the work was done with smooth transition from one team of specialists to another. I felt this was important. This was not “two men and a truck”. This was a team of people who did excellent work with pavers, followed by someone who knows pool electrical work, followed a team for tile and coping and finally a team for the pool refinishing process.
We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the reliability and good will demonstrated by Water’s Edge during the process. Water’s Edge addressed every question with an answer and/or immediate action. Great job!

I highly recommend Waters Edge Pools for pool remodeling & resurfacing. They started on time and completed within a few weeks. Their staff was polite and professional. Rav and Waters Edge was great to work with from beginning to end. Tile crew and pebble tech guys were professional and perfectionists, I watched them do the job right. we were kept informed on the progress of the job, and when they would be coming. Recommend them, my daughter and son both used Waters Edge previously.

Rav and team did a great job updating our 20 year old pool. The project turned out beautifully and has already enhanced the enjoyment of our backyard. The team was quick and efficient with the work despite some issues with the city permitting. They also have provided great service after the sale. You can’t go wrong with waters edge and Rav!
