This company was hired by my HOA to replace all the buildings in our complex. After the roof on my building was replaced and finished, we had a week of very heavy rain in March 2022. After a few days of non stop rain I came home to a decent sized water mark on my master bedroom ceiling (top level). Initially, they were extremely responsive and came out immediately to look at the water stain and determine it was caused by the roof work done. I was told they would coordinate having a painter come out to fix my interior ceiling; they had advised me the actual roof where the leak occurred was repaired. Over 4 months later, still no painters. Initially I was very understanding and accommodating due to the cosmetic nature of my issue and just our general issues with workforce in this climate. However, now it is just unprofessional and a bad reflection on their customer service. The communication has just dissipated and I am the one constantly following up to get the ball rolling. It also makes me question if they really inspected the attic area to confirm the leak from the roof did not harm the installation, drywall, etc. It is to the point where hiring painters and then filing a claim for reimbursement in small claims court is going to be the best option. I am just going to keep my fingers crossed their craftsmanship isn’t put to the test by any hurricanes.
