Since our pool was in desperate need of refinishing, we are happy to have gone with Water’s Edge to update both it and the surrounding deck. Cheryl was very patient in helping us decide on a tile color to coordinate with the pebble finish we chose, Bermuda Blue. Robert did a both caring and professional job while working on the pool, tile, and deck, correcting anything that needed to be. We were pleasantly amazed at, and thankful for, his level of talent and attention to detail. Charley also helped with some of the detailed work, aside from the large pebble surface crew. The pictures indicate the water color at varied lighting conditions. We are most thankful for our fresh, like-new-again pool!

Water’s Edge just completed our pool renovation (resurface, tile, light, pump and heater). We waited about a year to pull the trigger and Rav honored the quote from a year ago! His crew was easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves and the best part is the pool looks FANTASTIC! My only complaint was the big trucks that were brought in leaked some oil on the driveway, and I am still trying to clean this up. In the grand scheme of things this is not too bad. Start to finish the pool was renovated in 2 weeks and he worked around our schedule with family events taking place on either side of the project. Rav and his family were a delight to work with and I would recommend them.

Pool turned out great! No real hiccups to speak of. When we had questions they were answers promptly. Rav (the owner) is easy to work with. This was a pretty big job as they had to remove a large brick fountain to open up the rear of the pool area. Ultimately we are very satisfied with the completed product.

We did lots of research before choosing Water’s Edge, because we knew redoing a pool would be stressful and costly! The reason we chose Rav and his team was because he communicated very well about the entire process as well as detailed any extra costs that might arise during the resurfacing. I appreciated having those details ahead so we can be prepared financially. The entire process happened fairly quickly at about 3 weeks which surprised me in a good way. The team was efficient and worked well together. When small hiccups came up I could pick up the phone and call Rav or his team had the answers for me. I’m not going to say that all was seamless because that would be unrealistic in any project that you do on your house but any issue that came up was addressed and communicated. The end result was exactly what we wanted and trust me I’m very particular and detail oriented. If you're looking for a Pool Renovation company, select Waters Edge Pools and look no more. We had met with 5 pool companies and decided to go with Rav as we were very impressed with his attention to detail and suggestions for the project. We are happy to say that Rav and his team exceeded our expectations. Most of the other companies advised 10-12 weeks from start to finish to install new tile, pavers and resurface the pool. Rav advised approximately 4 weeks which he did without any concerns or issues. His team was extremely detailed, professional and hardworking. Rav communicated with us almost every day as needed to advise what was being done next. He also responded immediately to every text or call if I had a question. I'd also like to put a special call out to Kalvin who did an excellent job with installing a new light and corresponding transformer as well as a new handrail. I hired Waters Edge for my pool renovation which included refinishing the pool with pebbletec and installing a paver deck, as well as converting my pool to a saltwater system. Waters Edge did a beautiful job! Rav, the owner, was always responsive to all communications and his team were a delight to work with. I obtained several bids before selecting Waters Edge. I ultimately selected Waters Edge due to their immense knowledge of pool renovations and Rav's helpful ideas and suggestions to improve the final outcome of the renovation. In addition, their price for the renovation was very fair. I am very happy with the pool renovation by Waters Edge. I highly recommend Waters Edge!

Waters Edge did a great job resurfacing and re-tiling our pool recently. We love the color of the pebble finish! Rav gave us great suggestions with coloring, and went out of his way to make it a great experience. The crews were professional, and Kalvin was very competent in finishing up. See for yourself!

Rav and his crew did an amazing job on our pool renovation, pavers around pool, patio and walkway. Also added a sun shelf with bubbler. We were so impressed that we had them do our driveway and front walkway as well. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Check out the photos.

Water’s Edge Pools did a fantastic job on our pool renovation! After getting bids for the job we chose Water’s Edge for the following reasons: Their quote came in quick and when Rav promised (the only one that we didn’t have to call after weeks of waiting), it was very detailed, and amount was reasonable compared to others. Also, Rav’s knowledge of the type of pool we have and a friend who had hired them had good experience referred them to us.
Everyone involved did an expert job from demo, repairs, pavers, tile, pool refinishing, lighting and equipment. It was a refreshing experience and we are happy with the outcome that was completed exactly when promised.

I am rejecting Water’s Edge Pools response because:

Let Me start by saying that this pool was built in 2000 and never ever leaked until Mr. Sidhu and his company touched it. NONE of the surroundings had changed, until Water’s Edge Pools started work on the deck, pool, skimmer and coping.

It was evident early on after the pool was remodeled by Mr. Sidhu and Company that it had a problem and it took nearly 9 months to address and only after I reported him to the BBB.

As far as the warranty he now claims to be 1 year, he knows that is not what he sold me on and he also knows he cannot produce a signed contract by me where it states a 1 year warranty on a $30,000 project. I’ll save the vidente for the legal case.

It looks to me that every other report and court case against Mr. Sidhu on record, show similar deceptive behavior and business practices by Mr. Sidhu and it looks like he’s been getting away with it for a long time.

Save yourself the headache and do not hire this company.

Rav Sidhu, owner of Water’s Edge Pools, reached out and offered to repair my pool (7 months after I notified it needed repair again,3rd time) ONLY, if I took the review and the BBB Complaint down, because it was costing him a lot of business. As a good faith gesture, I agreed, obviously, he must’ve already signed and collected a deposit on the contract/job he was pursuing while the review was up, because this morning the news arrived that he wasn’t going to fo the repairs.

As of today, all I’ve received is procrastination, delays, excuses and stating he doesn’t owe me any warranty because leak warranty is only 1 year. (not what I was sold on nor I signed). I continue pursuing thru the Central Florida BBB and have now elevated the complaint to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation as my attorney prepares the legal case.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am submitting this formal complaint against Water’s Edge Pools and its owner, Mr. Rav Sidhu, regarding their failure to honor a promised 10-year warranty and their ongoing lack of response to a serious pool leak.

In 2020, I contracted Water’s Edge Pools to renovate my swimming pool. The scope of work included resurfacing, re-tiling, and installation of a new deck. One of the primary reasons I selected this company was Mr. Sidhu’s explicit assurance that they stand behind their work and that the renovation was guaranteed for 10 years, including leaks.

In 2021, within one year of completion, I discovered and reported a leak in the pool. Despite repeated follow-ups, Water’s Edge Pools failed to act in a timely manner. It took approximately nine months for the company to finally address and repair the issue, and this only occurred after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Unfortunately, in June 2025, I again notified Mr. Sidhu and Water’s Edge Pools of a recurrent leak requiring repair under the warranty. Mr. Sidhu responded weeks later, but as of today, no repairs have been made, and my pool continues to leak. My repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly have been unsuccessful.

This pattern demonstrates a clear failure to honor the stated warranty, poor communication, and disregard for customer obligations. I am requesting the BBB’s assistance to compel Water’s Edge Pools to fulfill their warranty commitment and promptly repair the leak at no cost, as originally guaranteed.

I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with the company and am now seeking BBB and Florida DBPR intervention due to their continued inaction and deceiving business practices.

Very satisfied with the pool resurface and refinish of our deck at our prior house. Cost, quality, and timing were all great which is rare nowadays. Just recently they upgraded our pool equipment at our new location and that turned out great as well. Highly recommend Rav and Waters Edge Pools.

Water Edge Pools recently resurfaced our pool and we are beyond happy we choose this great company. We are amazed about the whole experience. They show up on time, did the work as planned on schedule, hard working guys, friendly and respectful, cleaned up after each day of work. Rav is the owner and did excellent job keeping us in the loop each day, such an honest hardworking person. We also, converted to salt water, change tiles, etc. They turned our old pool from bad shape to a Caribbean Oasis. We are very pleased. We are so Thankful for the great job and smooth experience!!!

Our old pool is new again! Water’s Edge recently refinished our pool and installed new tile and we are super happy! Rav and his crew members were a pleasure to work with and responsive to our many questions and inquiries throughout the process. They have a showroom with a great selection of materials, including tile and finishes. The accent tile for the steps, ledge, and spa look beautiful. Thank you Rav and team!!

Rav and his team did a great job updating our pool, deck, and lighting. We felt the price was good and the team was very responsive to all our questions!

I called Waters Edge after asking a friend who works in pool cleaning for a recommendation on who I should hire to resurface my pool. I interviewed 2 other and found Rav to have the best explanation of what the process would be, a fair price, and answered all my questions. I was able to have the project started promptly, and he was always able to be reached and to keep me in communication with when his team would be at the property. The final product turned out beautiful and I would be happy to use them again in the future!

My pool pump stopped working Saturday night during the freeze. I called Water’s Edge Pools and thought I’d need a new pump installed. Furman came this morning and after checking the pump found I only needed the fuse in the breaker box repaired.
I didn’t need a new pump after all and I can’t be more happy to have my pool working perfectly with a minor repair cost.
Thank you, Water’s Edge Pools, for being so honest and helpful. I’ve been working with them for over 30 years and I’m so glad Cheryl and Rav take such great care of their customers.

Water’s edge pools just finished our pool resurfacing and pavers application to the lanai and pool deck. We are so happy with the results.
Although it did take 6 weeks to complete, mostly due to the cold weather, it was well worth the wait!
