Constraction reviews in Longwood, Florida

Dehlinger has done two roof jobs for Church of the Good Shepherd and were wonderful to work with. They were careful around our tenant school, which is very important. They were also timely and gave great value.

Dehlinger Construction is nothing short of amazing. I chose them to do my re-roof after seeing how good of a job they did at my best friend's house. Their staff is communicative, informative and quick to get things done. I look forward to using them for all future projects and highly recommend them to everyone!

My roof and ceiling came out beautifuly , work site was completely cleaned I highly reccomend dehlinger for your home/business/ multi unit needs.

Dehlinger did an amazing job with my roof! Not only were they incredibly professional and delivered excellent workmanship, but they were so caring and patient during a frustrating process with my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dehlinger was great to work with. Excellent prices, very flexible when changing the job. Always went the extra mile to address any issues directly with our residents. They've repaired several roof leaks, painted our entire property, addressed wood rot and sign installations. I would definitely recommend this company!

After the hurricane we had a leak in our roof. I had replaced the entire roof in the past few years but this wasn’t under warranty and I did not want to return to the previous company after they had been so unprofessional during the experience. Dehlinger had the best turn around time, best customer experience, and were able to repair it quickly. I would recommend them to everyone! Astrid was so helpful!

We had our entire roof replaced, wood siding replaced with Hardyboard, and the exterior of the house painted. I was very impressed with Dehlinger, they were highly professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we happy with the quality of all the work done. Our house looks amazing with these much needed updates. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: 2.5 years after the roof went on and the sky lights went in, both malfunctioned in the first tropical storm, causing leaks into our home. I asked them to come out, and they quoted me $1400 for repairs. I expected our warranty to be valid, but it wasn't. I expected some kind of courtesy or professionalism and got neither. We had other roofers out for a quote and they were surprised by the reply I received from the owner when questioning the quote. Each said they'd have just covered the minimal amount of work that needed to be done in order to secure our roof. Sadly it wasn't the case, and the 5 star review goes to 1. Customer service would have gone a long way.

We hired this company for a complete roof replacement, but we got so much more! They provided a superior product and impeccable customer service, we could not be more thankful. Highly recommend.

I worked with Dehlinger construction a few years back to replace my roof. They were amazing to work with. Following last weekend's hail storm, I asked them to come look at my roof for potential damage. Edward McNulty came today to look over the roof, and I found him to be so professional and helpful. He was honest in his assessment and never pushed me to have anything repaired that wasn't necessary. Very honest. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dehlinger! After having Mike Ellis help me through a roof replacement with insurance (he was very diligent and understanding when I asked about a million questions), and that experience went wonderfully, I hired them to install a decorative railing on my front porch, paint the exterior and replace my front door. Nicole was a wonderful project manager - she was professional, visited the site nearly every day, and has an eye for perfectionism and will make sure every detail is executed beautifully. I was also really pleased with the crews they work with. Will definitely hire for future projects!

Our pest guy said “you’ve got a hole in your roof.” I connected with Dehlinger. One of their people came and checked out the roof with a drone. We had eleven holes!
I agreed to have them do the repair and David came. He did a thorough inspection, and found several more holes.
He found tiles to match our roof, and worked two-and-a-half days doing repairs.
Everyone at Dehlinger was very professional. David did a great job doing the repairs.
If you need a roof repair, I would not hesitate to use Dehlinger!

We worked with Omar Caballero from Dehlinger Construction on our siding and painting project in St Augustine Shores. It was a pleasure from the time Omar first visited our home to the final wrap of the project. We encountered 100% polite, kind, and professional interactions from Omar and all of Dehlinger's people and our home looks fantastic!

Dehlinger is hands down the best roofing company by far! We searched around for quotes for our Grandmother’s roof replacement and decided to go with Dehlinger. They are very efficient, communication is on point, the crew was on time and very professional. Shannon was our point of contact and she was amazing! Definitely would recommend

Omar, Miguel, Dalton and the team did an excellent job on the siding replacement for our home. The whole onsite team and office were very professional and communicated through out the process. Thank you for all of the hard work and we look forward to using you guys in the future!

We hired Dehlinger to do a complete replacement of our home's sheathing, siding, and trim, and then repaint everything. They started the work promptly and did an excellent job... and we've gotten a lot of compliments from the neighbors!

Ryan and Kelsey kept us well informed throughout the process, and they followed through on everything that was promised. We would definitely use Dehlinger again.

I want to thank Dehlinger Construction for an outstanding job on reroofing my house. Not only were all their employees friendly and efficient but professional and thorough. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. My roof looks outstanding.

Dehlinger are highly competent to handle any construction repairs needed. I had a great result using them to complete stucco work and painting as well as related work at my home.

We are very pleased with the completed rebuild of our fireplace chimney & are confident going into the upcoming hurricane season.

From start to finish the process was timely & professional. Ryan, director of construction, clearly explained & provided in writing the scope of work & the cost of the work involved. As well, he listed optional choices/upgrades available at an additional cost, if needed or selected.

Dehlinger Construction is a licensed, locally based roofing company with online & in person appointment availability.

Everything in writing...no surprises! Highly recommended!!

I hired them to re-roof my home a year and half ago. Since then the roof has had two leaks. One was repaired permanently the other one had a temporary repair and I have been waiting since June for the real fix. I have called numerous times only to be told someone will call me to schedule the work. The temp fix was to spread almost two inches of caulking to bridge a gap instead of installing the correct flashing. I would not recommend this company .

Dehlinger Construction was professional, courteous and did great work. Had my roof replaced and gutters added to my home. Roof was done in one day and gutters with guards completed in 1/2 day. They cleaned up and everything looks great. Highly recommend. Casey, Shannon. Mario and their team were great during the whole process. 👍

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dehlinger Construction Company in Altamonte Springs, Florida, for the replacement of our roof, gutters, soffits, and the exterior repainting of our home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

The communication from Dehlinger was always prompt and clear, keeping us informed every step of the way. Their professionalism was evident not only in the quality of the work but also in their flexibility in scheduling around our needs.

What truly stood out was the teamwork between Dehlinger and their partner companies. Every crew member was courteous, clean, and incredibly efficient. They exceeded our expectations by completing the job quickly without sacrificing quality.

We are thrilled with the results and look forward to hiring Dehlinger Construction Company again for future projects. My wife Pam T. And I highly recommend Dehlinger.
