Constraction reviews in Longwood, Florida

Simon helped me select the tile online - recommend a company to purchase it from - picked up the tile from the store, upgraded our flooring from wood to ceramic tile removed all the trash and old flooring and all while I was on vacation! When I got back home everything looked beautiful. Thanks so much! What an amazing experience!

My husband and I decided to hire Gomez Contractors for our home remodeling project. They were very helpful through the complex and lengthy process. From choosing the right layout, design, flooring, colors, cabinets, etc... to other minor details they offered their expertise. They communicated with us frequently and kept us informed on the progress. We're happy to have selected them and will recommend them for any home project.

It was a pleasure working with Simon and Chris and everyone at Gomez Construction. We really appreciated how they texted with us throughout the process of renovating our kitchen. They did a beautiful job with painting our cabinets, and installing new countertops and tile back splash.
I have recommended Gomez Construction to my friends and would definitely want them to manage future renovations.

Fantastic experience using Gomez Contractors to paint the exterior of our home. Simon was always quick to respond and answer my questions without making me feel like it was a hassle. Quote was very competitive. Once we decided to move forward, the crew was always on time and very efficient. They answered my questions, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job overall. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!

Gomez Contractors renovated 3 of our bathrooms. We had designs in mind and Simon worked with us to bring the ideas to life. The team was in constant contact and even encouraged us to make some choices to expedite the work and save some costs. I recommend others to reach out to Gomez if you are looking to do kitchens, bathrooms or other major home renovations.

We (ISO Cabinets) are one of Gomez Contractors' subcontractors and we have done numerous projects for Simon and his team. Each project has remained on schedule and have turned out great. Simon and his team are excellent in communicating with us throughout the entire process. The design team has a great eye for product and finish selections to make every project magazine worthy. We can count on Gomez Contractors to have a successful and beautiful project for us to be proud to be a part of.

I asked them to come give me an estimate for a small patio project. I received 3 estimates from different contractors. Gomez’s range was nearly triple what all the others quoted, which is unreasonable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring them do their homework, compare multiple bids, and shop around before making a decision. That is an outright lie. I never asked for a man to call me about construction. I do not care about the gender of the person I work with. Your comment is nothing but immature, unprofessional deflection to avoid addressing the fact that you were called out for shady, profit-driven practices. Spreading false claims to discredit a customer says more about your character than anything else.

Gomez Contractors did a fantastic job on our two bathrooms. They did such good work my wife and I are about to have them start on our third bathroom. Matias Gomez was very attentive to detail, able to answer all our questions, extremely skilled and knowledgable, and promptly responded to our calls and texts. We highly recommend their services.

Gomez performed a full kitchen renovation in my home. The scope of the job included full [multiple] wall demo with full rebuild of island, cabinetry, etc. The entire process was smooth and professional. One particular thing I most appreciated about Gomez was that they wouldn't start until everything was staged for the project. When they said it would take 9 weeks, that's exactly what they accomplished. There were no delays or back and forth on menial issues that would otherwise cause disruption to our family. With three little kids, this was particularly appreciated because we were down a kitchen for most of it, so every day mattered. As soon as they could get appliances up and running they did. Our project manager, Chris Buitron, was also a game changer throughout the process. He was quick to address any of our needs and did so with grace and consideration- every little detail came through us first. If you want a company who will deliver the highest level of professionalism and quality without feeling like you're paying for things that bring no value (I'm sure you can think of other local high-end companies who carry this reputation) go with Gomez! They're as good as it gets.

We’ve worked with Gomez on two separate phases of our home renovation. Matias was project manager for both projects and we were very happy with his attentiveness and responsiveness on both jobs. He was quick to help solve any problem that arose and the craftsmanship and skill of the work was amazing. We would definitely work with them again.

I can say nothing but good things about Our experience with Gomez contractors. They were professional, on time, and courteous. I especially appreciate the project manager, Chris. He was attentive and very detail oriented. Every request I made was fulfilled with the attitude of “don’t worry we can do that“. I want to thank all of the team for a wonderful experience.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Gomez Contractors twice now, and we couldn’t be more excited to keep working with them in the future. The entire team is amazing, comprised of experts in their crafts. Our project manager Matias was super amiable, friendly and detailed. I couldn’t trust any other team more with my home renovations!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gomez Contractors and couldn't be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, they (especially our project manager Matias) exceeded expectations in every aspect.

Not only was the project delivered ahead of schedule, but the quality of the finished product was exceptional. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

One thing that stood out was how clean they kept the site throughout the entire project. Despite the complexity of the work, they made sure the area was neat and organized daily.

Communication was another strong point. They kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we were comfortable with the process. Whenever a concern arose, they addressed it immediately and professionally, ensuring that everything was handled with care. They were upfront about potential challenges and costs, ensuring there were no hidden fees or surprises along the way. What I appreciated most was their willingness to answer all of our questions without hesitation, even if it meant explaining things in greater detail than expected. They set realistic expectations and consistently delivered on their promises. It's rare to find a company that values integrity as much as they do, and we felt like a true partner in the journey.

We highly recommend Gomez Contractors; they truly go above and beyond, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects!

Very positive experience! Most homeowners have heard many negative experiences with contractors and always worry if they are making the right decision. Gomez and my project manager Chris exceeded our expectations in the process of remodeling our kitchen. Chris went above and beyond, even rolled my trash cans to the curb and always offered a hand. My dog also really liked him. 😆 He was very detailed and an excellent communicator/very responsive from start to finish with updates and outlines of what to expect daily and each week. I felt at ease knowing the job would be finished with attention to detail and subs that would show up even if we faced unexpected push backs. They checked off all the important boxes and I enjoyed working with this contractor.

Gomez Construction is awesome! I have bought and sold 12 homes and this renovation was the best ever! Largely because Chris Buitron was the best ever project manager! He paid attention to details, was a great listener, always answered the phone, had first rate vendors, was extremely efficient and finished the project on time. A shout out too to Simon , owner of Gomez Construction who charged a fair price. All in all I highly recommend them!

If we could give Gomez Contractors ten stars, we would. We have done some substantial remodels in the past but this was far and away the best experience we have ever had. Matias was our point man and made the entire project as seamless as is possible. There was never a time when I couldn’t reach him and his estimated times were always on the mark. Not only is he just a great guy to work with, with a laudable work ethic, but all of his subs and everyone involved was as professional, competent and nice as you could ask for. They did a complete kitchen remodel, a bathroom re-do and built a substantial bookcase for us.
I almost wish that we had another project because it was such a pleasure working with this group!

Our experience with Gomez Contractors was wonderful! Chris was our project manager and had amazing communication throughout the process. He noticed every little detail and made sure it was all up to his standards. He also communicated directly with our decorator, so that we weren’t bogged down with details that the two of them could address. All of the employees and subcontractors were polite and professional, and cleaned up their work areas every day. Before starting, our entire remodel was mapped out by the week and was finished on time!

If you are looking for a contractor to do any work in your home, I highly recommend Gomez Contractors. Simon and his team are exceptionally professional. They completely remodeled my entire home and made it our dream home! People always say that contractors never stay on their timeline. That is definitely not true with Gomez. They had a timeline they followed and we were even able to move back in prior to the deadline. Each person we worked with, from Simon, to Chris the project manager, were so kind and caring. They take pride in their work and treat your home as if it were theirs. Thank you Gomez Contractors for making our home so beautiful and perfect!

We remodeled our kitchen, painted our home and other projects with Gomez contractors. Matias was wonderful to work with. We had great confidence in his management of our projects and are thrilled with the results!

Very pleased with both quality of work and time management. Project Manager Chris M went above and beyond. PM Chris was always trustworthy and respectful to us as clients. He is always pleasant and accommodating and responds promptly to texts and calls (even after the project was complete). I am sure a good PM is hard to find and Gomez hit the jackpot with Chris M. We are very happy with the bathroom remodel and would confidently recommend Gomez and use them again in the future.

Gomez Contractors did an amazing job on our house renovation. They were timely, clean, and communicated very well. Matias was meticulous and easy to work with. I fully trust them with any renovation!
