Constraction reviews in Longwood, Florida

Coastal Reconstruction Group is a fantastic organization lead and operated by a great group of people. It all comes down to integrity and commitment to excellence, CRC is a fine example of both .

As an electrical contractor in South Florida, we've seen our share of good and bad General Contractors...Coastal Reconstruction is one of the GREATS! Over the past five years, we've had the pleasure of working closely with the CRG team on countless commercial remodels, and all of the projects are managed seamlessly, while being finished on time or ahead of schedule AND within budget! From their executive team to their on-site project managers, all CRG staff is respectful, communicative, and run their business with the highest degree of integrity. We highly recommend Coastal Reconstruction Group for all of your commercial restoration, rebuild, or renovation projects! They truly are a "diamond-in-the-rough" in the construction industry. If I could rate 10-stars I would!!

Juaquin Montoto was the on-site project manager for the complete remodeling of our Memory care neighborhood as well as the common areas at the entrance of or facility. His crews were so professional and Courteous to our residents and staff. I was so impressed with the attention to detail Juaquin had at each stage of this project. I have been doing Plant Operations for a very long time and truly wish I would have this company doing all the work in the past BUT trust me when I say they will be doing all my projects from now on. I only wish I could give more 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 If you need ANYTHING done in a commercial structure of any type "CALL THEM" You will be glad you did.

Coastal Reconstruction Group is an awesome, faith-based contractor that always goes above and beyond. My team and I love working with them! They're professional, easy to work with, and truly value their subs and clients. We've partnered for many years on both small and large national account projects, and they always deliver top-notch results. You can tell they take pride in their work, communication and integrity. Coastal's always at the top of our list. Keep up the great work, Coastal!

Incredible service, they showed up when they said they would.
They are very easy to work with and we “highly” recommend Wood Quality.
They do business like business should be done.
We are thankful for their personal and business integrity.

Excellent job done for woodrot. Very grateful for the outstanding work done by the crew! I will be calling them back for more work. I definitely and highly recommend this business! 10 STARS 🤩

"Thank you for your help with Full REHAB project I’m so grateful for your amazing work as a GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Your quick responses and genuine care made the whole process stress-free. Your expertise gave me confidence every step of the way, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the results!"

Wood Quality was very responsive, professional & quick to repair! We are renters & they repaired the sheet rock in the garage ceiling as well as a faulty beam so that we may operate our garage as usual. Everything was finished in one day!

If you want to deal with best call Fabricio and his team of highly skilled craftsmen . It was as smooth a project as one could hope for. Job was quoted promptly and scheduled promptly. Workmen were on time and professional in every aspect . Finished job which included replacing subfloor and installing lvp in kitchen, hallway, and bathroom came out beautifully. I love these guys and you will too !

Fabricio and his team are top notch! They upgraded our master bathroom and closet after some minor water damage and they are my first call when I need anything done I can't do around the house. They were able to come out the next morning when I had hose spigot spring a leak from a broken copper pipe and they got it fixed up better than new!!! Don't call anyone else!

Punctual, thorough, clean, quality work, more than fair priced. They fixed my slider, replaced a rotted support beam, and replaced my sidelights with smoked glass and it looks amazing. Would recommend to others and will be calling on them again for future projects.

Anyone in Orlando/Winter Haven need a contractor?

I recommend Fabricio & his team w/ Wood Quality LLC. They arrived right away, stayed long hours & did the contracting, electrical and plumbing well. I had a window exchanged for sliding glass doors and a dishwasher installed where there was previously a cabinet.

Prior to hiring them, I got quotes from others. They were comparable but Fabricio’s quote included materials and disposal (which absolutely adds up).

Fabricio 1 (407) 705-9128

Fabricio and his crew came highly recommended. I appreciate how honest he was about the difficulty of reaching the attic through a tiny crawl space and he offered an alternative which would include holes and patching. Through some sort of magic, the crew didn’t have to resort to any additional holes! The crew installed 3 fans in 3 rooms. A project that was supposed to take 2 days, took less than 4 hours. I’m thrilled with the work they did, how focused and fast they were, and there was no dust or mess left behind.

My job was a little unusual. I needed the eave over the side entrance of the house extended to cover the brick stoop and steps. They were extremely timely. Gave me quote one night, came the next day to review the job, and had an opening to schedule the construction and roofing the next day. This all happened a week ago. Funny thing, I just got a text from another roofer saying he was ready to give me a quote. I wanted to say it was done!

Fabrico is great to with, and his guys arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased! Would hire again!

NEW DECK AND WOOD SIDING REPAIR

NEW DECK
When searching for a company to do your deck, there’s a lot to consider. When we first met Fabricio he showed up the same day for a quote. He reviewed the job at hand and offered a reasonable quote right away. With his constant communication and updates, we knew that he was going to be the quote we went with. He provided us with pictures of past similar jobs, and I also reviewed his stellar google ratings. Fabricio and his team worked tirelessly and was punctual each day on building our new deck and the communication didn’t stop there. They didn’t leave until the job was perfect. They came up with a plan and executed beautifully. Each step of the way we checked in and you could tell with Fabricio that he takes a lot of pride in with his customers and getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Fabricio and his team for their workmanship and professionalism.

WOOD SIDING REPAIR
We had some damaged siding for a few years now and it’s such an overwhelming job to tackle, so we reached out to Fabricio and his team to give us a quote. His quote was not only reasonable but, included the finesse of matching the house paint. This took all the headache away with this repair and eye sore. His team was punctual, efficient and got the job done. It came out so BEAUTIFUL that you can barely see seam. I would highly recommend Fabricio for his professionalism, perfection and attention to detail.

We were desperate for help with kitchen appliance installation after several failed attempts using the company through whom we purchased them. Wood Quality came in and, in one day, was able to fix the many issues we had encountered. They repaired damaged drywall, installed a new electrical outlet, rebuilt an oven tower, and plugged a gap in our island counter where the cutout was too large for the new cooktop. There were several complicated tasks to complete and they were done perfectly. We are so pleased with their work, professional demeanor, and cleanliness!

Wood Quality replaced 3 doors and 80’ of baseboard for us. They did a fantastic job and we thought the price was very reasonable. Their communication was excellent throughout the project.

I have been looking for a trustworthy company for larger renovation work as well as handyman type work and I have found that in Wood Quality. I will be using them going forward. They are a pleasure to work and I truly trust them as a company. Highly recommend Fabricio and his team.

Fabricio, Joseph and the rest of the team are BEYOND exceptional. I trusted them to renovate both bathrooms and my kitchen all at once and I am 150% satisfied! I highly recommend them for all of your renovation needs.

Fabricio is excellent to work with! He communicates well and replies right away when I have questions. When he says he will come, HE WILL COME!!!! It’s rare to find a contractor who does what he says these days! He’s also fully licensed and I’m very happy with his work. I would highly recommend Wood Quality!

Fabricio comes through yet again! We have used his services 4 times now and every time has been a phenomenal, stress free encounter. His team showed up when expected, performed all jobs above expectation and left the worksite clean.

Recently we needed our roll up and side garage doors replaced. The sub that came out for the roll up performed an amazing job on the install and explanation of any questions I had. To me, this shows me the integrity of Fabricio to ONLY contract quality subs and hire the same.

The side door install by Fabricio's team again shows the quality behind their work. They installed expandable foam around the frame of the door (original did NOT have this!) and added filler to the threshold of the door (new door threshold was thinner than old) to ensure nobody would trip or be injured.

Thank you again for another above and beyond job!
