Constraction reviews in Longwood, Florida

Fabricio made fixing the wood rot in my French doors so easy! The carpenter, David, did a beautiful job. He even came back to fix another piece. Very friendly! I would use this team again in the future.

Fabricio and his team were so great to work with. When problems arose they made sure to make it right immediately and worked to communicate with us often. It’s hard opening up your house and living through remodeling daily but they really made sure to ease our stress and help us through every step. We are so grateful for the hard work that went into the remodel of our kitchen and bath and the ability to collaborate and make our vision come to life. I strongly recommend wood quality llc. Words escape me! This shower remodel exceeded our expectations. Fabricio's team at Wood Quality LLC were exceptional to work with. They completed a thorough walkthrough and produced pictures of demo before leaving during the consultation. Fabricio created a timeline so we knew exactly what would happen from day to day and he communicated well with us. David and his team listened to our desires and offered suggestions. And their team was so accommodating working around our vacation during the holidays. Wood Quality's prices were comparable to other teams, but the time Fabricio spent with us listening to what we wanted and showing pictures from previous jobs was unmatched. I HIGHLY recommend this company for bathroom remodels.

Fabricio With Herrara Contractor’s did a complete remodel on my master bathroom. They gave me options on style and design, and couldn’t be more happy with the finished product! I would highly recommend them for any of your remodel needs!

We hired this company to rebuild a retaining wall that was supporting our patio from an adjacent canal bank. They were a pleasure to work with and very responsive to anything asked of them. They were able to fit us into their schedule in a matter of weeks and got the job done in a timely manner. The crew was very respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. I would not hesitate to hire them again and can recommend them without reservation.

Wood Quality, I want to thank you for your efforts in completing the renovation of our Lake House. The work carried out by Wood Quality created a healthy, welcoming, and warm interaction between owner and contractor.

Fabricio, had phenomenal follow-through, tremendous communication, and a clear understanding of our vision. Wood Quality is committed to getting your project done within your timeline. Days after we signed our contract, the dated tile floors were ripped out and there was a dumpster in the driveway. The timeliness of the work was exceptional. We gutted & remodeled a house in under 7 weeks. Fabricio's customer service skills are exceptional and every way. He's always available to talk and give assistance.

Fabricio, and his team were exceptional at cost management. He listens to your ideas and sends you a budget and adheres to this budget. Wood Quality is one of the most organized companies I have ever dealt with. We are very much Team Wood Quality!

I recently reviewed posts regarding the work being done by Herrera Contractors and was impressed with the comments and the 5-star rating. I received a quote for bathroom remodeling and implemented a contract with Herrera. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done to completely replace everything in an upstairs bathroom. Herrera sent a timeline and stayed with the timeline in most cases. Most cases because they were ahead of schedule in all cases! They showed up when they were scheduled, communicated who would be working, and they finished 6 days before the end of the timeline.
I love my new bathroom and have requested a quote for additional work in my home.
You would not be disappointed should you choose Herrera Construction for your next home remodeling.
Sincerely,
Elaine Conway

Wood quality/Fabricio and his team are absolutely amazing! I’m still stunned by how beautiful they made my master bathroom. These guys are highly skilled, professional, and most importantly, trustworthy. They also offer they most reasonable prices for the best service. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them for future projects. The before and after pictures speak for themselves! Thank you 😊

Fabricio, Niko, and the team did a great job on a difficult project at our home. We needed a general contractor to perform work on our roof, and this team was just the one for the job. Upon starting work, they were efficient getting our project through permitting with the City of Orlando, their crews were on time every day, cleaned up after themselves, and worked until the work was complete (one night, well after 8:00 to make sure that the project was ready for inspection, and another time on a Saturday). We are very happy with the results, and would certainly recommend them to family or friends!

Fabricio and his team did a really great job updating our guest bathroom. They completed the job within the time frame we were told. They were mindful, clean and respectful. Joseph went above and beyond to make things just as we wanted. When we had minor adjustments to the original plan, Fabricio was up front with any price changes so there were no big surprises at the end. We are very pleased!

We have wanted a remodel of our small galley kitchen for years. I had wanted to knock down a wall and move our laundry out to expand the kitchen. Fabricio and his team saw my vision and did an amazing job! We are so happy with our new kitchen! We have amazing room and ample cabinet and counter space! Their crews were very thorough, very tidy, cleaned up every day! We are now planning on using them for additional services around our home!

As you all know it’s very hard to find a reputable and trustworthy contractor. Well, let me tell you Herrera Contractors is just that. The owner, Fabricio is awesome. We hired them to do a tear down and rebuild of our Florida room. After consulting with Fabricio he suggested we convert the area into a living space. This turned out to be a great idea. My husband gained a man-cave. From groundbreaking to final inspections took about 2 1/2 months. Communication was awesome. Price was reasonable. Included are some before, during and after photos.

Full disclosure, if you've never hired a contractor be prepared to possibly pay additional fees such as your choices of finishes (door locks, handles, tile, paint, unforeseeable things, etc.). There is a base amount included in your quote however if you choose something outside of that scope it will be your responsibility. These things are communicated to you by Fabricio.

I would definitely recommend Herrera Contractors.

We were very happy with Launce and his young crew, Riah his forman knew what she was doing, they were here on time, very respectful professional and would highly recommend them

Launce is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great company. Launce took the time to answer my questions I had, and provide me with all the options available from repair to replacement.

Great communication, work, and follows up with adjustments as they promise. We’re very thankful for them. Their honesty compared to other foundation companies could be the best quality they have.

Word to the wise, I requested an estimate for having my mobile home re-leveled and instead wound up needing more repairs upon Launce's departure from my residence when he hit my gate backing out. He didn't bother to stop and just said, "It's a truck" as he drove off. Someone who does not take accountability for their actions more than likely this will reflect in their workmanship as well.
Good luck

Crawlspace saved our nearly 100 year old home! Decades of moisture brought rot and mold. Within a short period of time the foundation was rebuild, the crawl space encapsulated, humidifier and sump pump added. The crew worked tirelessly and was extremely competent. Pleasure to work with!

Everything about this job went smoothly and with incredible attention to detail.
I contacted Launce Levison and was told they were booking jobs for June. After a short conversation I explained to Launce I had a deadline of a couple of weeks. He then sent a crew to give me a quote with videos as to the work that would be done. He then worked me into his busy schedule. I appreciate the quick response to my needs. Everyone that worked on this project was professional and knowledgable about the work that was being done.
I will definitely recommend this company to anyone .

I rate Launce and his team 5 stars. Very professional and did an amazing job. He stands by his work. When his crew came down sick he and his foreman Riyah (sorry if I spelt it wrong lol) were the only 2 that worked on my floor. They did an amazing job and went over and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this company. We need more people in this world like Launce and his crew. Trustworthy people. I had a few people come out and give me quotes but Launce was straight forward and recorded everything. Never once try to take advantage or upsell anything. The work and professionalism is amazing.

I recently purchased a home from 1957 with a crawl space. I have a few soft, bouncy spots on the kitchen floor. Of course these made me quite anxious and all sorts of paranoia set in. I read lots of online reviews and gave Launce a call at CRAWLSPACE FLORIDA. He offered to come same day. He suited up, scoped my space through various entries and AirDropped me narrated videos I could see with my own eyes. He told me my foundation was fine and the problem was the material used for the subfloor when the previous owner remodeled. He told me I could address that if the bounce bothered me. If not I could live that way for a little bit. He did not accept any payment from me and did not even recommend any other people or services. Just guidance, like don’t plant shrubs in front of the vents. How unusual is it to find an honest person nowadays that doesn’t mind contributing time to your well being? About as rare as a one-eyed, two tailed, hairless cat.

Launce was fantastic! He came out and investigated what we thought was an issue with our crawl space. He videotaped what he saw, which turned out to be a plumbing leak, and never charged us anything. We even asked if there was any work we needed to do on any other part of the crawlspace, but he let us know that everything else in the crawlspace of our 70 year old house was perfect. We were able to use the video to get a plumber to fix the problem and for use with our insurance. Launce is friendly, honest, and trustworthy. We are passing his name on to all of our neighbors. Thanks again Launce!
