Constraction reviews in Longwood, Florida

I honestly could not be happier with the work Wood Quality has done! We’ve used them for MULTIPLE projects over the last 2 yrs from installing our deck to hanging our entryway lights that are 20 ft high and they are always timely, considerate, well priced and amazing work! Additional HUGE Plus is they always clean up when they’re done. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Any job big or small don’t hesitate to give them a call!!

Fabricio's technician, Joseph, did an awesome job creating boxes to install recessed lighting on our front porch and replacing and painting a rotten section of wood on our back porch. He did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up beautifully prior to leaving. We would definitely use Wood Quality again for any wood repairs or artistic wood creations. Thank you Fabricio for your excellent customer service!

After calling multiple “carpenters” and “contractors” for a door installation, with no luck I might add, I finally came across Fabricio and Wood Quality. He came out the same day and gave a very reasonable quote and scheduled the job very quickly. He tried to get the job done on the same day, that’s paint and installation, but he explained that he rather give the door more time to dry and install a few days later to ensure the job was done to perfection, which it was. Couldn’t recommend him and Wood Quality and more highly! We plan on using him for many other projects in the future.

After reading their reviews and comparing their prices, we went with Wood Quality to get our mailbox installed.
Fabricio is a good communicator.
Joseph and Daniela installed our mailbox. They arrived on time, worked was done in a timely manner and cleaned after the job!
We will definitely use them again in the future.

We refer all of our clients to Fabricio and his team. I’ve only gotten positive feedback from them. Fabricio is an awesome person to work with and his communication is always fast! Thank you for taking care of the folks that we send your way. It’s priceless to have a great contractor on your side. If you ever need a general contractor for construction, remodeling or roofing, don’t hesitate to hire Wood Quality!

Fabricio is a wonderful contractor! I highly recommend his company. We ran into more issues than anticipated , but that didn’t stop him from getting the work done on time. He’s a very easy guy to communicate with and he actually calls you back in a timely manner!

Prompt service every time. We’ve worked with Fabricio on every project and a few different crews. Every single individual on this team is professional, and treats our home with respect, managing to somehow leave it completely clean and dust free even with all the work.

We’ve had more simple work done (fan installations) up to chimney rebuild, adding walls, and moving doors. I love this team!

We're incredibly happy with the level of service and care we received from Fabricio and his team as they drew up our dream renovations. Their attention to detail, patience and intuition about our preferences blew us away. In the end, we have a gorgeously designed floor plan that surpassed our imagination. Super grateful for their excellence, experience and responsiveness that made working with them a joy!

We purchased and installed two vanities only to find the plumbing on one side wouldnâ t accommodate one of the vanity drawers by only a few inches. Rather than reconfigure plumbing if return the vanities, they were able to modify the drawer to work around the pipes. The drawer is only a little smaller and looks and functions perfectly. Great fix.

I'm posting another review because this company is awesome!! They completed the renovations at my home and it's everything I wanted at an affordable price. I have to highlight my bar and spa like bathroom that they built. Everyone who visit, compliments my home. Wood Quality is the BEST!!

I found Herrera Contractors through Google, and little did I know that I was going to be delighted with the experience of working with them.
Fabricio is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, communicative and empathic.
We had a mold issue due to a cracked window frame, and him and his team were up to the challenge to help us detective mode to ensure the interior wall and the pertinent parts were replaced and for it to look like nothing had happened. Timing was impeccable, Joseph was very responsible and with high attention to detail.
100% recommend!I found Herrera Contractors through Google, and I had no idea I would be so delighted with the experience of working with them.

We had a mold issue due to a cracked window frame, and he and his team went into full detective mode to ensure the interior wall and all affected areas were properly replaced—making it look like nothing had ever happened. Their timing was impeccable, and Joseph showed great responsibility and attention to detail.

100% recommend!

Just recently remodeled my second/pool bath with Herrera. The tub, all tile (wall and floor) needed to be replaced. We added some electrical outlets, replaced some drywall and the mirror. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. Herrera came in on budget and did a good job of adhering to the timeline. There were a couple of small mishaps along the way, but they were addressed quickly and corrected at no additional cost to me. There was regular communication & they truly cared about doing a good job. Would definitely recommend & would definitely use them again for other projects.

We got an old fiberglass garage door replaced with a hurricane impact door. The crew was prompt and professional, and returned quickly to fix the problem when the install failed inspection due to a minor oversight. Would hire them again!

Fabricio and his team (Joseph and Dania) impressed me from the very start! They always showed up when they said they would and worked long, hard days with limited breaks, including a Saturday, minimizing the amount of time our home had to be disrupted by construction. Each day, they cleaned up! Not even the dry wall made a mess because they did as much of the messy work as possible outside in the yard. They did a beautiful job executing my vision for a bumpout with an electric fireplace and TV! The best way to describe their work is meticulous. They measured many, many times and were constantly checking in with me to make sure everything was turning out the way I wanted it to. I thought they would use premade panels but they did not-they hand cut each piece of the very thin strips of wood trim-for a gorgeous, custom look. The wall is a stunning addition that makes our cookie cutter house feel more unique and beautiful. I am very lucky that I found them!

Fabricio and his entire crew were AMAZING. Having never gone through a renovation, I had so many questions but he answered all of them before I even asked. End results were simply stunning and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Fabricio was so kind to donate his skills to update our community free library. His team did an excellent job. If you want someone who is trustworthy and skilled, Fabricio is your guy!

Fabricio and his team redid our kitchen and loved the way it turned out. The entire process was great. They followed up multiple times afterwards to make sure we were happy. Even came back a few times as needed to touch up.

He did an amazing job on our flooring! They were so lovely to work with and they were all very professional and super nice. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to come do work on my home.

We recently had our shower remodeled, and are very pleased with the results. Fabricio is a true professional and he always goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. His team is meticulous and always cleans up the area before leaving. The new shower is beautiful and has completely transformed our bathroom. I highly recommend this company and, in particular, Fabricio!

We had wood rot on our pool deck posts from the recent hurricanes. Joseph did an excellent job repairing the damaged posts, painting his work and cleaning up fully afterwards. Very pleased with the job and will use them again for our next project! Before and after photos attached.

My family and I are so happy with our bathroom. We have had a great experience with Fabricio and his team. They were highly professional, well organized, and punctual. I appreciated their guidance and help throughout this process. Joseph, David, and Daniella took their time in addressing all of our questions and made sure our project stayed on track. I highly recommend them for any project in your home !
