Terrible experience with this company. I had a new roof installed a few years ago. Within one year we noticed water damage to our front porch area. They were difficult to work with in repairing the damage. The gutters were not sealed correctly when put back on so it caused the wood to rot. It took months to get them to come out to fix it and we had to pay for it.

Soon after a year, we had a leak in the roof that needed repaired. Again we had to ask multiple times and had to have a lawyer email them to get them come out. They finally did fix this leak at no charge.

Now post Hurricane Milton, we had some shingles fly off. No one else in our neighborhood had that happen and we have the newest roof of most in the neighborhood. They said they would take care of it, after a few weeks of no action, we called to see when they would repair it and they changed their minds. Basically said tough luck. I had another roofer take a look and he said they had too much pressure on their nail guns so it makes the shingles tear off more easily at the nail point.

I have a friend that used them for a new roof as well. They had similar issues with a big leak that cause wood rot and major repairs.

This is a terrible business and they are difficult to work with. I would highly advise to work with someone else.

If I could give less stars I would, but I couldn't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your roofing needs. We went with Dehlinger Construction two years ago in 8/22 for a new roof, which our insurance requested. (Prior to using this company our roof was in good shape and was only 12 yrs old w/o any issues and having lasted through multiple hurricanes). Using them was a was a BAD IDEA and we have bene having problems ever since. The workman ship and quality of work is less then poor. Its awful! So awful in fact that the company had to come back out in October of 2022 to re-do the roof due to poor craftsmanship/workmanship. Since then we are still having multiple issues that have been addressed by the company but with the same type of poor quality work. the point of this review is that the owner himself has signed off on this type of work and has said that the company is done coming out to address our issues. So now, my two year old roof now looks like a 10 yr old roof due to the poor quality of construction. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company. If another company quotes you higher, use them! This company will only cost you more in the long run.

Dehlinger recently completed some roofing repairs for me. They were extremely efficient with a full staff of experts that completed this work. They were extremely professional and their work product is thorough and very well done. The service personnel literally gave us updates daily until the work was complete. Their clean up efforts was a above and beyond and given the project scope, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to other home owners!!

Had Delinger provide a quote for replacing our 80's era siding on and repaint our house. The quote was very reasonable so we selected them. They were great when we had to work through our HOA approval by getting the HOA the color selections and materials list. After the HOA approval was secured they started in less than 2 weeks. The work progress without any issues and they worked about 10 hours a day. There were no unexpected costs so the work finished on budget. Can't ask for anything more. A great contractor at a reasonable price

Just had my roof replaced by Dehlinger and they did an awesome job. Dave kept me informed at all times as to when work would start and finish. The efficient crew actually finished before scheduled time. I would highly recommend Dehlinger LLC.

I had an excellent experience with Dehlinger! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. They completed the roofing project on time, which was a huge relief, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The team was friendly, kept the worksite clean, and ensured every step of the process was clearly explained.

I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish, I was is constant contact with them on the process. They are easy to contact and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Dehlinger just completed replacing the siding on the rear side of our home and we couldn't be happier! We had a very tricky situation where they had to remove the pool enclosure frame from the old siding before replacing with new siding. They removed, waterproof, replaced, trimmed, flashed and reattached the screen enclosure beautifully! Jose and his team are incredible! Very hard workers, respectful of property and great workmanship. We have just signed a second contract to have Dehlinger repair our garage ceiling and popcorn ceiling replacement in the main part of our house. Looking forward to those completed projects!

Shout out to Kevin, Anthony (project mgrs) and Kelsey (accounting). Everyone at this company has been great to work with. We highly recommend.

Update 6/18/25-Dehlinger just completed 2 more jobs for us. Remove popcorn, retexture and paint our vaulted ceilings in the living/dining room and repair, remove, retexture and paint our garage ceiling in addition to a few other small jobs we included with these 2 larger jobs. Still received outstanding service and jobs well done! Will use again and recommend to others!

From scheduling through project completion, Dehlinger was responsive, answered all questions and were overall very pleasant to work with.

Anthony, Juan and their team were very professional and did a great job on the siding. The completed a second story siding job in 3 days. Can't say enough good things about Dehlinger and their staff.

Dehlinger repaired two roofs for me and did an outstanding job on both.

One roof was tile where Mariano was lead and Luke replaced a number of broken tiles. Their extensive knowledge of tile manufacturers, the shapes, the colors and expert installation resulted in perfect repairs.

The other roof was shingle that had a leak around the chimney. This repair took multiple steps with multiple people, each with expertise. They started with a thorough inspection by Astrid to identify the location of the leak. Then Mariano and Anthony expertly lead the repair crews starting with removing the multiple levels of flashing and the stucco near the base of the chimney. Repairs by the crews went smoothly to the decking and flashing with diverters and the stucco. They ensured they had the exact shingle material and matched the paint color on the stucco. Finally Astrid tested again and there is no more leak!

Shannon ensured the agreement for each roof included specific terms that I requested.

I highly recommend these professionals.

This will be a two-part review, as the roof install is NEW June 5, 2019 three days ago. We have all heard of Horror stories regarding roofing contractors, in Central Florida just look at Local News 6.

I will reserve a star after a sometime has past, regarding the workmanship of the installation: hurricane season is upon us.

Company came out completed my roof with in two and 1/4 days. Crew was extremely hard working, prompt, very respectful of our property. Meticulous in picking up after themselves, and the end of the day. Loose Nails were swept and picked up with magnets several times during the installation. Errant roofing nails being the bane of homeowners who may find them in their tires.

Senior Management, Project & Sales team were extremely professional in our opinion. The process, from contract to picking out the color of roof shingles was seamless. We had some bumps, but it is customary we suppose when working with contractors. Big question those of you reading this in CFL are we SATISFIED? Yes! so far. VERY HAPPY that we were able to work things out so it's a win/win.

Would I recommend them to others? At this point yes! Stay tuned for an additional Star as we weather the 2019 Hurricane Season

I am giving Anthony five stars he has been there for me throughout every experience with the restoration of the house, I was happy with Dehlinger and the crews that they had here, especially the roofers.

11/12/24 UPDATE: I went ahead and actually had my roof repair completed by another company. They also showed me Dehlinger's poor shingle installation on my previous repair with them. I still have yet to be contacted by Dehlinger with a resolution. Also, please note that this company does read their Google reviews, as noted in their recent reply to a customer who is currently satisfied with their work. Dehlinger knows about their negligence and their poor business practices. I highly advise anyone reading this to get any roof work completed by another company.

TLDR: Dehlinger Construction’s poor inspection ability resulted in my original roof leak (identified during a hurricane) not being repaired, only to find out during another hurricane that there was indeed still a leak.

Two years ago, Hurricane Ian passed through the Orlando region. The ceiling and floor in my garage was soaked, which is why we called Dehlinger. Their inspector, Shannon, came out to the property after the hurricane and performed an inspection. In the attic above my garage, it looks as though Flex Seal was used (unknown to us as we had tenants in the property at the time) in a corner to stop some type of leak (see photos). The inspector, Shannon, identified a hole in the garage. Dehlinger sent repair technicians to my property and proceeded to fix the hole as well as replace multiple shingles on my roof.

Fast forward 2 years and Hurricane Milton has passed. Another leak in the exact same area as the original leak happened which resulted in pieces of ceiling drywall falling in my garage. I called Dehlinger again and they sent a repair technician, Luke, to my property to assess. Luke verbally told me that the area where the Flex Seal is located was the cause of the leak and that the inspector, Shannon, did not correctly identify the leak two years ago, which resulted in the issue never being fixed. Luke also stated that he disagrees with the company as they should send employees who are going to complete the repairs to assess the damage rather than inspectors (who don’t complete the repairs and actually do the work). Now, I’m no expert, but if I see Flex Seal sprayed onto a wall, chances are there is some sort of leak in that area. I truly don’t believe you need to be an inspector or expert to make that assumption. But I hired the “experts” and here we are.

Now, after calling Shannon (who was somewhat combative over the phone call), I was told that they would speak to their employee, Luke, in regard to some of the comments that were made when he was at my property and that the repair that they completed 2 years ago was indeed the cause of the original leak and that this was a new issue. She also stated that the warranty for their repair was for 6 months. Now, if there are 2 problems that caused the same leak, I would have liked to have had both repaired 2 years ago rather than having to deal with the same problem 2 years later. After the conversation, Shannon stated that she would talk to her Project/Site lead about the issue and get back to me with a resolution.

I received an email from Drew Dehlinger (the owner) with no resolution, just stating that the company is currently at capacity and that if I need a repair ASAP, I should consider going to another company. It’s a shame that a company, with many good reviews, does not stand by their work nor their core values. They are not reliable, as they did not fix (whether it was 2 leaks or 1) the original issue, and they do not have integrity as they do not stand by their work as they won’t even consider fixing the issue. As Drew Dehlinger told me “If you need this repair handled asap I would recommend you go with another roofing vendor”. Steer clear from this company people.

Outstanding! I’ve had many “ free” inspections. They are 100% HONEST, good pricing, very very helpful staff who listen and understand your request. NO HARD SELLING, NO upgrading. They are 100% PRO customer and did an excellent job. ONLY company I will ever use. Great to know an HONEST company with no fear of being ripped off. Thank you Robert Tango.

We recently experienced a house fire and while we were fortunate enough that it did not involve structural damage there was quite a lot of external damage to our home. We chose Dehlinger for needed repairs as they had put a new roof on the house a few years ago and the experience and results were outstanding. I'm 100% satisfied with repairs to our house due to the fire. I'd like to mention two people in particular, Nicole who was the project manager. She coordinated a number of groups to get the job done and was onsite a good deal of the time. (new roofing, new A/C unit, painting and fencing) I'd also like to mention Alex for the outstanding work he did in painting the new work as there was a great deal of detail work and hand painting involved and the results are 100% matching the rest of the house removing all traces of the fire.

I look today to recognize Ari and her team of roofing professionals at Dehlinger Construction. We are delighted to have met them personally and will recommend them to anyone in need of roofing assistance. They were efficient, timely and responsive, turning what had been a true hardship into a remarkably painless experience. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate their diligence and commitment. We just had our roof replaced by Dehlinger Construction, and they did an awesome job! Arianna, Luke, Mariano, and the whole crew were great — super professional, on time every day, and they kept everything neat and tidy throughout the project. This company came out and resided the second story of my house within three days. They dropped off some supplies, a dumpster, and then got to work the next day. By day 3 sll the siding was done, all of the trim work. Everything was cleaned up and the whole job was completed. The crew that was here was very professional and hardworking. I would highly recommend this company if you are getting any work done on your house.

From the initial meeting until the completion of the projects, the Dehlinger team has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and accessible for communications. The roof and ceiling paint work have just been completed and look beautiful. The construction teams arrived early, stayed until the projects were thoroughly completed, and were very neat with their labors. The pleasant office and construction managers kept me informed about the progress and scheduling. Even the follow-up inspections after all jobs were done made me confident that their perspective in excellence was sterling! I appreciate my insurance company connecting me with this business!!
