We recently switched internet providers and lost our link to the app for our equipment. This morning Josh and Kalvin came out to resolve the problem. Shortly after they arrived, it began to pour down with rain and they continued to troubleshoot the problem. They worked for over two hours with the Hayward company and the internet provider. Eventually the problem was resolved. I cannot say enough great things about their determination and professionalism in finding a resolution to my problem. Thank you Blue Horizon for sending this team of technicians.

We just completed a pool resurfacing with Blue Horizons and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ivan, Anthony, Janet, Nicole and the whole team were professional, punctual, communicative and knowledgeable. We have a home built in 1970 in Altamonte Springs FL. We moved in our house back in 2013. Our Pool was in need of a resurface and a New patio. Hurricane Ian forced our hand after taking out our patio enclosure. Finally, after getting our friends recommendation for pool resurfacing, we reached out to Blue Horizons. Our friends had used Blue Horizons for their house and their rental house. Our friends resurface and deck areas came out stunning in both houses! In 2020 we went forward with our house. What an outstanding hard working crew that got us more then we could ask for. We expanded the deck and used pavers. The Resurface of Pool was incredible. The before and after was shocking!! We love going out on the patio every day and hanging in our New Oasis. We would highly recommend Blue Horizons and their Professional staff!

They did an awesome job! Completely modernized our 1968 pool with new plumbing, sun deck, and swim out in the deep end. The new paver patio and drains make the backyard so much more attractive and functional! Communication was great, project coordination was seamless. We recently had our walkway and driveway done by Blue Horizons, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! For the walkway, we chose travertine, which gave our home an incredible upgrade in both look and value. For the driveway, we went with brick pavers, and they look absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work and the attention to detail are truly impressive.

Blue Horizons, notably the Team of Ivan & Anthony performed a miracle in transforming a poor pool design as well as the poor quality infrastructure we inherited in a home we purchased.

Our pool looks Resort like, our friends & neighbors have all made wonderful comments on how beautiful the pool is, to include a renovated Spa, new Water features and Fire Bowls.

We have owned several homes where we built pools over the years, this pool renovation by Blue Horizons is by far the best experience throughout the construction and the outcome is magnificent !!!

I have been using Blue Horizons for several years both for repairs and renovations. Recently I had a potential issue with a pump failure. An appointment was made quickly and the repair tech Kalvin was able to come out on the same day. He was incredible and promptly identified the issue and advised me how to proceed with a warranty issue. I have found all the employees I have encountered for various projects to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The pricing is very fair and I would recommend Blue Horizons for all your pool needs!
