McCullough Tree Service was an excellent company to deal with. The price was great and the service even better. From the beginning to the end of taking down my tree, grinding the stump and roots and removing the mulch, their work was exceptional. I highly recommend using this company!

Just had my trees done today. McCullough’s without a doubt, the BEST. Joe was kind, considerate and quoted me a fair price. They made their schedule work around mine. They showed up right on time and got right to work. They did exactly as I asked, continuing to check with me to make sure everything I wished was accomplished. Malcom and the other guys were extremely nice and knew about all of my trees. The helped guide me with anything I was unsure of, and clearly wanted me to be happy. I am beyond happy and will be recommending them to anyone I know. It is rare to find service like this these days. Honest, hardworking guys. I am so glad to have met them.

The experienced climbers and ground staff were very skilled and hard workers. The force staff was very helpful and pleasant. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

I've used McCullough for tree removal and stump grinding services previously. This year I called them to provide tree trimming service. I have numerous campher and pine trees on my property along with cabbage palms and crepe myrtle. The team came out and did a great job. They were very professional and cleaned up the debris afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree services.

These people are lazy. Read the instructions on their product and it clearly states to use a binder which the did not ..so now I have several chunks missing ..they do not care. Do not hire these people

"Travis" cleans my pool and he takes the time needed to get it right. He never rushes in and out. He is always dependable and pleasant and takes pride in his work.

Truck number 11, in the van was just speeding and cut us off to slam on the breaks to turn into your location. Your drivers need to take the general publics safety into consideration before driving like lunatics just to go home.

Just saw one of your drivers speeding on my street in Winding Hollow, clearly going well over the speed limit, while I was walking with my toddler. The driving of your employees are an issue from what I've read in other reviews, do something about it.

Your driver was texting on his phone on 434 from about Palm Springs Drive turning right on Ronald Regan (texting and driving around the high school) around 10:15am this morning. He was swerving so bad I though he was drunk at first and almost called the police. I honked at him after he almost hit me. I noticed he put down his phone only to pick it up and start texting again. I was going to call you when I got home but then saw someone else complaining about your driver... Shame on you.

my family reached out to this pool service numerous times to get an estimate on weekly pool service for in-ground pool. We received no reply. My advice is if you're looking to use this pool service keep this in consideration when making your decision . Will they return your call when you need them?

Our back yard has been transformed by Blue Horizon. Fantastic job, amazing customer service and now it feels like our back yard is a resort. They pulled all the permits, the price they quoted us was the price we paid. Very very happy with their service!

This is a company you should avoid at all costs. They called this morning to confirm our appointment with no problem. Kevin said he would be there between 1-2pm. My wife took the day off to accommodate the appointment. Kevin showed up, my wife to unlock the patio door, and when she came back to let Kevin in, she found a quote in the door and Kevin driving off. She called and Kevin said he was too far away and not coming back. He ended the conversation by saying 'have a nice day crazy lady'. My wife then called the office and spoke to Robin. Robin said I called in at9:30 this morning to say just drop off a quote that Kevin did not need to wait around. A complete lie. Luckily for us this happened because not only did we realize we will never use them again, we found a company with a quote for much less. So Kevin/Robin, thanks for lying and being rude...you saved us a ton of money today!

My first interaction with Blue Horizons (BH) was with Marty Olson, the VP and sales man. After he came by and we talked, he gave me some reading material and the next day sent me an estimate that included the various options we discussed.

I phoned the office with my selections and asked that Marty come to my house to help me select pavers, paver style, tiles and Diamond Brite finishes as I am partially color blind not am not good at imaging what the finished project would look like.

Marty brought samples in his truck and help me select a tile that had colors of both the pavers and pool finish. His patience was much appreciated. And the finished job is stunning and I smile every time I see it.

BH has experts for each part of the project. Anthony and Kevin came to do the demolition. They spent a lot of time prepping intakes and returns before they started with the jack hammers.

Mike was next to install the tile. On the photo I have included, you can see his craftsmanship. It was a pleasure to watch him at work. It was perfect.

Next Rogerio came to install the bull nose pavers and the deck drain. I have included photos of a curved area of the pavers. They were done with precision and far exceeded my expectations. With the deck drain we ran into a problem with pool pump plumbing in the way. Rogerio did an outstanding job of cutting the drain and angling it so it was able to drain through. The included photo shows that outstanding work. Then he and two assistants finished the deck.

After the Diamond Bright was installed, Kevin #2 came to do final cleaning sand off the pavers, taking the tape off the deck drain and adding pool chemicals on a Friday, and then he was back again on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the next week tweaking the chemicals. He would phone me at 7:45 am (give or take two minutes) each of those days to give me a one or two hour window for his visit to me. And he was always on time.

BH does not use contractors. The men who worked on my pool and deck were very nice and a pleasure to have around.
