All stages of the experience, from the prompt, professional estimate through completion of the work, were truly excellent. Best pressure washing job we've had, and we will continue to bring them back each year. Great job painting our house as well, and the patio around the pool looks new after the cleaning and painting there. The work crew was highly skilled and totally professional. John and Alyssa are running a terrific business.

John and his crew did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job cleaning my barrel tile roof and pool screen enclosure. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Having quoted several companies for the job, Neilson's quote was very reasonable. Neilson Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning did a wonderful job! They were very professional and friendly. I had my whole house pressure cleaned and windows cleaned. Looks just great! Needed my front concrete washed. John came by while I was at the store, we talked and he did the wash unsupervised. He did a nice job, tho when I got back I noticed the street area had some stains. He asked to let a day pass to see if it would go away. It didn’t, and he actually came back on a Saturday and washed it away. Now that’s a stand up business man! He’s a nice guy too. I recommend you hire him!

Excellent job! The pavers look even better than they did when brand new. John and Michael were very careful and thorough. They took care of gutters, pressure washing, soffit cleaning and paver cleaning/sealing.

These Guys are not Professional and responsive when it comes to fulfill their Contract and Work Descriptions at all. Me and Neilson Cleaning had a contract for an Outside Painting my House and replacing 4 Doors with New ones. They did a ok job on Painting outside but it’s been 1 year and yet I had to call them Hundreds of times for Doors replacement but they haven’t done so. In the Past they had sent some unprofessional Guys to replace 2 Doors Main Doors ….and replacing a Patio Door, but they had cut off my Alarm wires which they have never fixed, besides they did a very unprofessional Jobs on replacing these 3 doors. They had installed a Broken Door which they said they will replace but never did. Still they haven’t replaced the last door! I had paid them $11077.00 for all of the Jobs.
I’d think Twice to do Business with these People. I don’t know if they did such things with others or no. Very Irresponsible and Unprofessional. I had waited for enough time. This time I will take them to Court!

I had not 1 but 2 NO SOLICITING signs and a NO TRESPASSING sign but yet they felt the need to leave solicitation material. If they can’t follow these simple request how can they actually listen and follow instructions???? REPECT PEOLES WISHES AND RESPECT THEIR PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent job, great value, and responsive! The whole process from the time I called for an estimate to when the work was complete took less than 2 weeks. They quickly responded to any questions I had and the job they did sealing my paver driveway was perfect. They really took the time to do the work right and went out of their way to make sure even the small details were not missed. I will def use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

The Neilson team did a great job, professional from start to finish. We used Neilson services a few years ago and felt confident hiring them again. Allison is hands on the job, she sets up the scheduling of the job. she kept us informed regarding when her staff would arrive and what services the workers would provide each day. I'll definitely use Neilson Cleaning again. Price quoted was competitive with other vendors, but the service was top notch. We used Neilson for cleaning the outside of our house, vinyl fence, solar panels, window cleaning and paver driveway cleaning and sealing. John came out to do the job today, and there was some extra stuff that I needed to have cleaned. He did a great job and the extras was minimal. Outstanding job done. Will definitely use next time I need any pressure washing done. He also gave me a “rough” estimate to repaint my house. Very reasonable!!

What a great job! I didn't realize how dirty my historic home was until it was cleaned. All mildew and staining were removed, and the place looks fabulous. Neilson was communicative, quick and thorough. Well worth the money spent to take care of your home.
