I hired Neilson Cleaning & Painting to pressure wash my entire house including my driveway, sidewalk, walkway and fence. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. John responded quickly to
my email and was able to give us an estimate the following day. The price was affordable and the final outcome had exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going back to John and recommend his services.

John and his crew are fantastic! They took on our 2-story screen pool enclosure like it was only 5 feet tall! I was super amazed at how quickly they were able to tackle our job - one that hadn't been done since 2005! The guys were professional, covered our plants, answered our questions, and cleaned up EVERYTHING when they left. All they left behind were clean screens and support stantions!

Now that my roof and house are clean, I love my house so much more! When I drive up, I think “that’s a nice looking house.” John and Michael made my tile roof look new and even removed the rust stains caused by the reclaimed water sprinklers. I can’t recommend Neilson cleaning enough.

Neilson pressure washed, sanded, and sealed our driveway pavers. We are very pleased with the results. Allyson worked closely with us throughout the process which went very smoothly from the time of the estimate until the work was completed. The guys were on time, worked diligently, and seemed to take great pride in their work.

The communications between the office and me was responsive and open. The quality of work was professional. Top notch patio cleaners and sealers. Even my cat approved. John is a rarity these days….a contractor that stands by his work and words. Only use John if you need a top notch professional.

Neilson Cleaning painted my 2 double garage doors and did a fantastic job. No paint where it wasn’t supposed to be, cleaned the garage door windows. Job was don quickly and at a reasonable price. Happy to hire them again! Below before and after pictures.

Beware. Do not use this company. They do not know how to clean tile roofing. They damaged all of our gutters with the chemicals they used. They now are not responsive to fix the problem they created. We have been requesting for them to replace our damaged gutters but till this day nothing has been replaced they just offered to paint them but two different companies came out and said they cannot be painted. They are damaged from the chemicals they used. Sorry but that's unacceptable, if you damaged anyone's property you need to replace what you damaged.
Update on response. Neilson DID not pay the damages of $3800. The damages were paid by the gunite company that hired him to clean our roof because he wouldn't take responsibility since his insurance only wanted to pay $400. He was ignoring our communication. This company is not professional at all.
