I've been a customer of Neilson Cleaning for years and they've never let me down. They're very attentive to details and always ensure I'm satisfied with the job. Their prices are reasonable and they do a better quality job than other cleaning services I've seen. The owner, John, is very courteous and always goes above and beyond for his customers. Michael and Jose, completed my most recent cleaning service today and I was very pleased with how it turned out. They cleaned my driveway, walkway, sidewalk, back patio, white vinyl fence and all exterior windows and sliding glass doors. Excellent experience. The crew was dedicated, worked hard and left the roof looking like new and the pavers in great shape. This is at least the third time we have used Neilson in the last 10 years or so, and the service and result have always been great.

Daniel (the owner) not only does a great job with our driveway/sidewalks/curbs, but he also goes the extra mile. For example, he did our driveway this morning and then went ahead and sprayed down our garage door AND garbage/recycling cans just because they were out and he was there! He’s super responsive as well! Each time we’ve used them, they sent us a free quote before we had to commit which I appreciate.

I am a licensed roofing contractor and I repair and replace roofs. However I do not offer services to clean roofs. For years I have been referring Holliday’s to friends, family and customers of mine knowing that they will be taken care of.

Shingle roofs should not be pressured cleaned as the pressure will cause damage to the shingles. The process for cleaning a this type of roof is called a soft wash, which uses chemicals. A good company such as this one will water down your landscaping around the perimeter edge of your roof. This helps to prevent the plants from being burned from the chemicals.
