If you're looking for affordability and diligence, Brian's your guy. My AC started giving me problems and because it was an intermittent problem (basically wouldn't happen in front of him) it took multiple times to problem solve the issue, but Brian was responsive, was transparent in not doing unnecessary yet expensive work, and he worked with me on pricing to solve the issue.
