Exemplary service by Steven. He was the sixth in line. After five wrong diagnoses, by other AC technicians which led to service prices that ranged from $1000 to $20,000, Steven resolved issue for $ 250/-. Steven identified the root causes as faulty wiring and the reversing valve in the external unit. Thereafter, order was placed on Lennox for the spare. He delivered and installed the AC on the same day. The AC is working. At every stage of the engagement, Steven kept me involved, explaining the choices and chances. I got an excellent view of where the service outcome was headed and when it would be resolved.

Mike did a great job. Arrived quickly, and knew immediately what the problem was. He had my AC up and running in no time.

Mic did an exceptional job and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He also did an extensive cleaning of the system to make sure everything was running well. He explained what he did and that was not expected as other service providers. Do not do that.

After having three different Ac companies come out to our home to give us a quote, We chose Action Air. We used this company at a different home and had nothing but a great experience. Please do yourself a great favor and check all your options. One of the companies that showed up was here a total of 15 minutes. Be very carefull and remember You Get What You Pay For. The crew that came here were very neat and professional. THE salesman Don Connell took his time with us ,answered all of our questions ,went up in the attic to check the duct work and was very thorough on his inspection. We will definitely recommend them to others.
