In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

I highly recommend Mark and his team for any A/C needs. Mark is not only a family friend but a true professional who always makes sure we are well taken care of every single time.

They have completed two A/C installations for us, and both were done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed on schedule.

We also use them for regular maintenance, and they are always responsive, reliable, and thorough. It’s hard to find someone you can fully trust with your home, but Mark consistently delivers quality service and peace of mind.

Edit 1/3: After calling and leaving 2 messages at the contact number below and also sending an email, I was not contacted. I decided to text the number today and the owner, Channing, is stating that there is nothing that they can do. Added photo of dryer vent cleaning tool, which could have caused a house fire. I do not own any dryer cleaning tools. Text message received from owner: "I am not going to call you." Highly unprofessional.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional handling of a simple service. A technician came out to give a dryer vent cleaning estimate. I scheduled the cleaning based on that conversation. After the technician completed the job and left, my dryer was no longer working. It worked that morning before he touched it. When I called the company, I was told they “shouldn’t have done the job” because the vent is on the roof and they can’t access it — even though the technician saw the setup in person before offering and performing the service. That explanation made no sense. They then told me it was my problem to fix.
I called a handyman, who discovered that a dryer vent cleaning tool had been left stuck inside my vent, which is a serious fire hazard. I called this company three times and left messages — no one ever returned my calls. I had to hire another company to remove the tool and inspect the vent, and I’m now stuck with a $300 bill for a dryer that worked perfectly before their technician touched it. I am still waiting for a supervisor or the owner to contact me.

No accountability, no follow-up, and no concern for safety or the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
