Arrived early after letting me know. Was very polite and went above and beyond on getting our AC where it should be. I have used this company before and I have always been very pleased with the people they send out and also getting me in sometimes the same day. Will definitely stick with Fl-Air Heating and Cooling!

Brandt did a great job of diagnosing and repairing the issue with my air conditioning, he also cleaned out the drain pipe for my air handler. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. I am very pleased with FL-Air Heating and Cooling!

This a 2nd update (January 2026) to my earlier reviews. HVAC tech Ryan came to my home just a day or two after FL-Air merged with Veteran Air. My experience with Ryan, who came for routine maintenance on the HVAC system in my home. I was appreciated Ryan's manner which was friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with his ability to explain to me his findings and answer my questions about the inspection and maintenance he provided. Excellent service.

This is an update (July 2025) to my initial review of FL-AIR Heating & Cooling almost a year ago. HVAC tech Brandt came to my home yesterday to perform routine maintenance on our air handler. He arrived on time. His manner was courteous and professional. Brandt's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish.

During a previous appointment Brandt noticed that the insulation on the inside of the handler's front panel was peeling off. He spray-glued it back into place and anchored the perimeter with a strong adhesive tape. I appreciate that he pays attention to the details.

Before leaving, Brandt gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with FL-Air has been excellent. I give them my highest recommendation.

Technician Bobby was punctual and personable. He performed a maintenance on my AC. He answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with the work Bobby did and FL-Air as a whole. Thank you!

My first experience with FL-Air Heating and Cooling was when I called for my mother to have her A/C serviced. I was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I have since called them on multiple occasions for my mother's A/C repairs and for my own service and repairs. They have extended office hours, which is convenient for those that work during regular business hours. The office staff and the technicians are very friendly and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs as quickly as possible. Brandt has been our technician each time we've needed someone to come out, and we love him! He is so courteous and always explains everything in great detail, so that we fully understand what the issues are and what can be done to fix them. I would highly recommend that you call FL-Air Heating and Cooling the next time you need your heating and AC unit serviced and/or repaired!

Lareik was amazing, fixed the clogged condensate line, and got our unit running amazing. About 2 weeks prior he also helped my parents save 4000 dollars, as he provided a second opinion. Another HVAC company told my parents that the entire unit had to be replaced, it is a two year old unit. Lareik diagnosed the unit, was able to find the issue was a bad capacitor, which he replaced all in less than 30 mins when the previous company spent over an hour diagnosing the unit.

FL - Air Heating & Cooling installed our new A/C system and duct work and did our 6 month follow up maintenance. They are always very professional and courteous. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from Brandon. He came out, fitting me into a busy day, but was able to finish before his next appointment. Instead, he swung by on his way home from work, working the extra hours to make sure I had my ac. Brandon is a very experienced and smart worker, who was able to diagnose my problem quickly and efficiently.

As a new Florida resident, your home AC is vital and must be properly maintained, it’s so great to have this piece of mind knowing that I will have my system up and running and keeping us cool year round! I signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan with FL Air and am very happy with their service!! Brandt was on time, super professional and helpful and answered all of my questions while quickly completing the service and even tolerated my dog acting as his assistant the whole time;)

What a great HAVAC company and service tech. This is the second time I have used them for a service call and they are so honest and efficient with their scheduling, my issue turned out to be minor one and was fixed immediately. I have since signed up for an annual service and maintenance contract which is a great deal.

We’ve been with them for awhile and they have always provided great service. Yesterday was the first time we needed to call them over a weekend and their response was nothing less than outstanding. Within 90 minutes of calling they had a technician at the house diagnosing and fixing the issue. From the rep on the phone to the technician onsite, they made us feel like a valued customer.

I have now hired FLheating and air for three separate occasions. Twice for duct related issues, and most recently for a very complicated upgrade of a very old AC unit.

Their technicians and staff, in particular Brandon have always been consummate professionals. They always gave all reasonable options and what to expect in uncertain areas. Fortunately, their experience and expertise is evident when everything goes perfectly well.

They clearly take tremendous pride in their work, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone I know.

Staff were all professional and friendly from start to finish!! They were able to come out same day and quickly schedule services needed. They have gained a customer for life! Shout out to Brandt for making today’s service call informative and stress free. :)

UPDATE! After some hard work it was determined my old unit was not fixable and we made the decision to replace it completely. We couldn’t be happier with the ease of the process. New units were installed today with old rotting wood replaced and everything is working as it should. FL-Air made what is typically a stressful process so stress free from start to finish!!

Brandt was great. He explained everything and did not try to sell me on service or parts that I did not need. He was diligent and thorough and left his area of work neat and clean. Refreshing to have someone that cares. He even showed before and after pictures of his work. My ac guy retired and as a long time realtor it is good to have someone I can feel good about referring to others again.

We Just Got Our New A/C Unit Installed! We Did So Much Research, and Met Many Companies. We Finally Decided On FL Air Heating & Cooling. From the start with them, this process has been very organized, helpful, and we have had great communication.

Happy that we could have a cool house and be ready for the hot weather coming real soon. We appreciate everyone who assisted us through this process.

Buying an A/C is not fun, but much needed here. In addition, there’s so many companies, it’s hard to know where to start and which way to go. So happy with our experience with them, & will continue to use their services to maintain our A/C!
