The technician was superbly competent, clear in his instructions and very knowledgeable. Being a major repair and replacement of of all ducts, the protection of our floors and furniture were major concerns. He brought all types of covers and used them to protect our property. The job was done in a careful manner. I was invited to inspect the job explaining what was done. He cleaned all areas, removed all the covers and rearranged all furniture.
This company is by far the most competent and the best I have ever dealt with in my 50 + years. I highly recommend it.

A/C was down on late afternoon saturday. Called the service and Larry the technician called me within 30 minutes. Larry displayed a high knowledge of the issue and did a professional job of fixing until a new part could be ordered and installed . Dynamic on Monday had the quote and new part ready for my review. Larry arrived early and installed my part in a skilled and professional manner. Dynamic takes care of their customers. My experience is based on being a Dynamic Customer for years. Correctly diagnosed and preformed warranty repairs on 2 units after another company was here 5 times over a month and told me nothing was wrong. Great communication as well. Kudos to Kierstynn, Larry and Steve.

I called Dynamic heating and cooling for a estimate on a new ac system and they sent a service technician out this morning and all i can say is Larry is awesome. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and gave very useful information about the new ac systems and service fees. Im waiting on the final estimate for a new unit but so far if the price is right Larry sold it.

Stephen S. came out to the house and had the a/c running again in about 45 minutes. This was two Saturdays ago and it's still running strong. Fine job from Stephen and the rest of the team at Dynamic air. Highly recommend.

We had Dynamic come out to check out our air conditioner. We had been told it was something else much more expensive and when Larry got here he looked it all over and double checked it for us. Instead of just going with what would have been more expensive he found the root of the problem and was able to fix it that day. We will definitely use Dynamic again and will ask for Larry!

Very disappointed in this company. I called for a quote on Friday 9/12 and they said they would have someone to come by on Monday 9/15. I got an automated text message saying someone would be coming by at some point on Monday. I waited all day and no on came by. I called the place multiple times and no one answered the phone call. Would not recommend this place. Apparently they don’t need the business

I have been using Dynamic Heating and Cooling for about 6-7 years now. I had them install a new unit, Darwin gave me a great price. They have been servicing it every year since. I used to do once a year but signed up for 2 times a year because my unit inevitably had a blockage every 9 months - I keep the house real cold and the drain pipes just get clogged up. Now we do 2 times a year and its smooooth sailing. I had my first quasi-issue with my 7 year old AC today, Stephen recommended we proactively replace a part for about 100 bucks. No big deal, yes please, it's 100 degrees outside and I need my unit in tip top shape! Great job Dynamic keep up the good work!!

We did our due diligence and got quotes from four separate local companies to fix our home’s A/C, which had been repeatedly malfunctioning and “fixed” numerous times over the year we have lived there. We got the full sales pitch from two companies who told us a whole new system including ductwork was required at over $30,000. Not Dynamic. They sent out Larry, who has a lifetime of experience, and his apprentice. They quickly found the cause of all our problems in two separate leaks, including one leak in an all-new piece the other guys installed that was still under manufacturers warranty. They saved us tens of thousands of dollars and had the issue repaired in a single day. Their office even took care of the warranty claim. The customer service was outstanding start to finish. Dynamic easily could have sold us a whole new system and made a bunch more money, but they didn’t. It is rare to find this level of honesty today. Get your quotes, but make sure Dynamic is one of them. You won’t regret it.

I left a message Sunday evening and Larry the technician called that evening and said they would schedule him on Monday. He came out determined there was a leak in the evaporator, he added freon to keep the unit running until the parts arrived. He arrived on Thursday morning and completed the repair that afternoon. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and completed the work perfectly. I am very satisfied with the service Larry provided and with Dynamic H&C, Inc.
