He made a offer and a time line to replace my VERY OLD Furnace & Air Conditioner Systems with new. I accept his bid..... We called CMS 5.30pm about our AC running intermittently. He came shortly after and fixed several small electrical and maintenance problems very reasonably. Very pleased. He fixed another AC the next day for one of our tenants. I am so pleased to have a reliable AC guy to call who fixes things, instead of "We can install a new one"
