My heater wasn't working at all, Mr. Santos come quickly diagnose it and return after I went out to buy to parts needed to repair the issue. He's honest and fair price.

EXCELLENT price, honest, reliable, professional. I have been using this company for years. 10 years ago i called Ierna and was told i needed entire new unit. Called this company and all i needed was a flush and cleaning which he did for $75, 10 years later AC still working until motor went bad yesterday and he replaced this morning at 6:30 am for a fraction of what other companies would have charged. Highly recommend.

I Called Santos’s Air conditioner come to estimate & replace my new AC system , the owner said will come : 1st time last Saturday but didn’t come , 2nd time last Monday but didn’t come, 3rd times last Tuesday but be didn’t come again !!! If he can’t make it he need to call me let me know but he never call why he can’t come …!!!
I have to called back each time he Didn’t come 3 times and never show up . That’s make me very unhappy & disappointed his business!!!
So I recommend Don’t waste your time to call or deal With Santos air conditioning ( Bad service) !

Mr. Santos sent out Adonis to work on my unit for some annual TLC and to replace a faulty drain line. These guys are absolute pros with great customer service and fast response times. I can definitely say this will be the company I use moving forward for any A/C needs.

Hurricane Idalia blew up our a/c unit. Santos was so fast and efficient. He came out the next day. He was also very affordable. He finances if needed. He also will service your unit every year for a small fee. Will definitely recommend him to everyone who needs a/c and plumbing issues.

We cannot say enough good things about Ben and the service he provided to us last week! We were not even scheduled with him that day and he was able to squeeze us in, when we desperately needed his assistance. We are a dental office and of course we were getting very hot while our air conditioner was having issues, but we also have patients in the office that were getting uncomfortable.
