It was a Saturday afternoon when my water heater broke. I called many places and their prices were not in my ball park, and nobody will fix it that day. I fortunately called Mr. Santos and he came thru. Great price, he was here within an hour of my phone call. Simply amazing. Great job and very please with the installation. You have a new customer here.

Mr. Santos was so wonderful. He came and replaced my water heater and did a great job. He is very dependable and answered my calls every time and came over to help me right away because my old water heater was leaking. I highly recommend him for your plumbing or AC. He is honest and very caring.

Our 12 year old AC unit lost the fan ECM and the original company wanted $1200 to fix it. We got estimates from 4 different local companies to put in a brand new 2.5 ton unit and Santos gave us 3 options with very reasonable prices, so we went with them. They got the city permit, brought the unit out and installed it over two half-days (the sealant for the ductwork needed 24 hours to dry), and submitted the warranty information for us the same day. The unit passed inspection the first try, no issues. They were clean, friendly, and extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. Their finance options aren't as extensive or competitive as some other companies, but the difference in price more than made up for it.

Highly recommended and we'll definitely have them out for yearly maintenance and any other AC issues we run into.

I have been using Santos A/C & Plumbing since 2014. First and foremost he is an honest person that will tell you what A/C problem you are experiencing. He will not try to sell you a new unit nor try to sell you “extended warranties” for 3 times the value of a new unit like many others do. Every time I’ve had a problem with my A/C unit not working he was able to be at my house the same day and his prices are reasonable.
In 2016 he replaced my whole house A/C unit including new air ducts. They did a very good job. So far, my (TRANE) unit is still running smoothly with no problems whatsoever.
Recently, we had a generator installed. A day after the installation in the middle of the night our air conditioner went out. The temperature in the house got very hot and it was difficult to sleep. We called Santos first thing the next morning and they arrived within an hour. The technician was able to determine there was a problem with the generator installation that affected our air conditioner. He got it resolved within minutes and we were back with cool air. You know the feeling when your A/C doesn’t work and it gets fixed. Pure exhilaration! I was very grateful that they were able to come to our rescue so quickly. That’s the kind of air conditioning Company you want to have on your side.
Also, one of my neighbors (who happens to be a contractor) used Santos to replace his whole A/C system a few years ago and he was very satisfied. Bottom line: if you don’t want somebody to rip you off and get and an honest opinion on the status of your A/C, Santos is you’re A/C Company.

Santos has the best prices but his organization and communication is poor. He's always in a rush. My initial interaction with him was positive up through full AC replacement and inspection.

I later reached out to him for a WiFi Thermostat but he kept pushing off his visit. After a couple months, I had staining on the walls and leaks I wanted to inquire about. After calling and texting many times, he finally sent one of his technician for the original thermostat request.

It took 3 visits on the same day to install the thermostat - on 1st visit the unit was not powering, on 2nd visit the thermostat was installed, but he had to come back for a 3rd visit because because the unit was defective and would turn on both the cooler and heater. They disconnected the heating wire and asked me to call them in January to flip the wires instead of replacing the unit.

After 4 months, I finally called someone else to fix the issues. It cost me another $450 so half my savings were negated (next quote up was $900 more). To his credit, when I asked why he is always lying he said he never lied but was busy. To me, being busy for 4 months nonstop is bad time management. The other AC company said Santos did a really good job with the installation.

In summary, if you are looking for a great price for a new installation with no follow-up, then give them a call. I think he has good intentions but bad organization.

I had my AC stop working around 4pm in the afternoon, I called Santos and he responded quickly. He sent a tech over the same day. After the problem was fixed, he called to check on how everything went. I like how he communicates and cares about his customers. I highly recommend his company.

Santos is a very honest and fair AC repair service. I bought this older house with a unit that is 8 years old, it stopped working so I called the number on the unit and they said it will cost 4500$ to repair ; and suggested replacement for 9000$. I called Santos since a neighbor recommended him and he came and inspected the unit , he told me it will cost 750$ (parts and labor) to repair and he did and deliver very quickly since a cold front is coming. I am very pleased with his service

There is nothing worse than your AC breaking on a holiday weekend! Thankfully Santos A/C was able to come out within an hour and fix everything! They were super kind and respectful! Definitely will be using them again!
