Carlos & his crew did an amazing job installing a new AC unit at my house. I got multiple quotes from other companies but Carlos was by far the best in terms of fair price & quality of service. I gave him a call & he came out immediately to give me a quote & the next morning his technicians came out & had a new AC unit installed by the end of the day. Carlos is very honest and knowledgeable about everything he was doing from start to finish & his crew was very meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend this company. You won't go wrong.

I have used Cooling Mechanical Services for a while now. Carlos is very knowledgeable and prompt. His prices are great. I live alone and Carlos always tries to walk me through steps to check before he comes over when my AC stops. I’ve learned a lot from him. He is professional, yet cares about his customers and their needs. I would never use another AC company. I’ve referred him to some friends and they are also very impressed with his knowledge, service and prices.

Carlos came out quickly as our air conditioner wasn't cooling. He figured out the problem and gave us several options. You could tell from our discussion that Carlos was honest and looking out for our best interests. We chose to replace the 12 year old unit as we felt Carlos was very competent and trustworthy. His price was also excellent. He came out with his team a few days later and the unit was installed without any issues. They all were very professional and polite and left no mess at all. Our office has been experiencing issues with our A/C unit for years. At first call Dynamic sent out one of their technicians to review what we had going on. Brock came in and within minutes instantly knew what the issue had been. Throughout the repair he educated us and informed us on the entire process. It is not always that we have a company whose employees truly take the time to educate and train. Most just come in, do the job and invoice. Larry was wonderful! Our issue was a simple one that was overlooked after doing our own diagnostics on our non-functioning a/c unit. Larry was thorough and inspected our full unit to fix our issue and troubleshoot anything additional. If I could give more than 5 stars for our service and Larry's work, I would!

Stephen was very professional and extremely helpful doing service on our system! Cleaned everything out and let us know what all he did so we also had knowledge.

My AC decided to go on the blink late Wednesday evening and i called in for service. Steve showed up and did everything possible to attempt to get us running through the night... the repair required parts so it was the next day until it was finished. they showed up exactly when they said they would, Jimmy was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. Ultimately my unit was fixed in a relatively short amount of time and our home is cool again. he did a wonderful job and a fair price as well.

As a homeowner, I've tried different Heating and Cooling companies. The company that installed our units for some odd ball reason, would never call me back for service! I heard about Dynamic, made the call, and immediately I was greeted by Jessica, the daughter of the owner! I thought now here is a company who is doing it right by getting the owners children involved in the business. We set up a time, that day came, the tech came right on time and worked on both of my units. One of the units had an issue with it but Dynamic informed me that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. The company I purchased it from had never filed any of the warranty paperwork. So, Dynamic did it for me and the warranty on both units put into place. The parts needed were covered and Dynamic made everything right. That's what I call customer service at it's best! They didn't have to bother with any of the warranty work as they aren't the ones who sold me units. They could have simply charged me for the parts and I would have paid it. That said, they cared about making this situation right so they took care of everything. What's even better is the business is located about three miles from my house and I've joked around with them by telling them "I know where they live!" They definitely have earned my business and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.
