This was our first interaction with this company and Stephen was very professional. He did a phenomenal job servicing our unit and we look forward to using Dynamic again.

We had a wonderful experience with Dynamic recently. When our AC unit stopped working during the night, I found Dynamic based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Since it was after hours, I made a service request for the next day on Dynamic’s website. A service rep promptly responded and I received a call back the next morning. By noon, a service technician arrived. The technician, Stephen, was fantastic! He was thorough in explaining what he would do, how he would do it, and what it would cost. His friendly demeanor and customer service is impressive. He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it in about an hour, and the charge to do the work was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Dynamic and plan to use them in the future!

Steve arrived right on time. He was most thorough diagnosing the issue. A low voltage part...replaced it and tested my system.

I love that you get a courtesy reminders the day before as well as the day of your scheduled appointment. I was also notified when Larry was in route to my home. Awesome, simply awesome company and people! Nice to know they are there to always help quickly. Called in an issue on a Sunday evening and they were at my house by noon Monday. From installing my whole system many years ago to maintaining and keeping it going is always amazing service. I recommend them to everyone that may need HVAC help and they have always made referrals very happy. If you live anywhere in the Tampa Bay Area, they are the go to team.

Dynamic is the best in town! Reliable, excellent service and friendly staff. We have used their services many times & are always happy with their recommendations. Most recently we were in need of a new unit on very short notice and they got us on the schedule for install within 2 days. Install guys were right on time, communicated well & cleaned up like they were never even there. Great family owned company all around!

Wow! I called this morning, they scheduled for this afternoon. Called to see if they could come early. The technician, Steve Lilly, was great - friendly and down-to-business. Figured out the problem and fixed it. No parts required - charged a diagnostic fee.

Great service, happy technician who knew his stuff, and a very reasonable price. Couldn't really ask for more.

I can't count the number of A/C services I've used over the years. I would get those advertised deals of check-ups for $49 and they ended up being a 15 minute job of mostly just clearing the condensate pipe and trying to upsell you on a multitude of things. Well, we found a company to stick with after two great years of service by Steven. They are fairly priced, honest and do excellent work without all the up-sales. Highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish. Within 3 hours of flling out a request online, Brandon came to give us a second opinion on a quote for full system replacement. He confirmed we needed a new system, and proposed 4 options. We chose the best option, which directly compared with the original company quote was $9,000 cheaper! Installation was in two business days. The crew did an excellent job of removal and replacement, with exceptional cleanliness and no damage to our home. Nate came to install the Wi-FI thermostat and the system is running great. Top notch experience from start to finish.

All techs from FL-Air have been great but Austin takes the cake. He was so knowledgeable, funny and polite. He took his time explaining our AC issue and telling us about our options and his recommendations. I think the job was bigger than he expected but he stuck it out til it was done, cleaned up and took great care of us.
