this company exeded my expectation with the level of professionalism i hired them for!
As a new business owner i had an unfortunate event where our AC unit stoped working over the weekend, they were able to show up within a few hours and got it fixed for a very fair price. Honestly couldnt be happier!

Outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and extremely detailed in their work. They showed before-and-after results and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned, not rushed. If you want real quality and a company that stands behind their work, I highly recommend them.

This company is great. Of the ones I had out to do an estimate, David took his time and did a thorough inspection to make sure that first the service was even need. Then, talked to me through the various parts of the hvac system. I had buildup in my duct work and blower fan because which, thinking back is why we had an odd smell in the house at times. Also, my daughter would often cough due to agitation from unhealthy air. The house long no longer smells when the AC or heat is on and no more coughing so far. Very clean and professional. Highly recommended.

They also cleaned all of my air ducts, and I can truly feel the difference. The air feels fresher and cleaner, and it’s such a relief knowing I’m not breathing in dust and allergens anymore. It has made a noticeable improvement in the overall comfort of my home.

Terrible Customer Service/Billing Dept I’m trying to get a $400 credit on my card since 12/12/25 I paid in full for a 3 ton unit , Before delivery myself and rep Sam Cissel agreed a 2 ton unit would be enough for my home and i will get a credit on my card for $400 Made several calls trying to reach their Billing Department and the response i get the Billing department doesnt
take any phone calls ? really? was told they would send an email to them and they will get back to me . no call back Not a happy customer. Job # 3127105

Robert C. Was great in explaining the work to be done, and any risks. He completed the work as promised. He was very pleasant and polite. I will look at signing up for HVAC maintenance with Ierna’s based on my experience with him.

I had an issue with my ac blower motor. The company came out promptly, assessed my issued, determined if part was in stock, and fixed my motor. I was very pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.

Devin and Robert were absolutely superb this morning! Devin thoroughly examined the A/C unit and diagnosed areas of concern. Awesome! Robert serviced the water heater expertly as well. Ierna is terrific.

Oir Technician Matt was stellar. As for HVAC technicians I have never encountered a technician so attentive to our needs and focused on solving the issue thoroughly quickly and professionally.
I would give 10 stars if possible!

Tony was exceptional! He was very professional and paid attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the process and completed the AC tube-up in a timely manner.

Rob C. and Rob G. came through for my family today. What presented as a simple job to replace a cartridge turned out to be much more difficult. Years of hard water had basically cemented our tub faucet cartridge in place and the brass broke off making it (nearly) impossible to remove and replace. At one point the concern was having to cut away the opposite wall. Instead, the boss man came out for his expertise and put on a clinic and got it fixed without additional expenses. I even asked for them to replace a working cartridge in the other bath while it still might have been easier to remove (it wasn’t) for future peace of mind and they suggested I contact Moen to get a part for free rather than get charged. We bought a water filter/softener after we moved in but years of not having one had taken its toll in Land O Lakes. If we didn’t already have one, we would contract them to install. They went the extra mile to not damage property and every time I expected additional charges to pop up, they pleasantly surprised me with reasonableness. Thank you Rob(s)!

Julio was very professional and knowledgeable. As customers/clients, we often use these words in our review because they have become almost capricious praise but as one who has had many AC people/companies come for repairs; I have seen it all the snake oil salesman, the novice-expert pretender, the aloof absent mind avarice repair man etc…No I mean what I am decrying here, Julio is the real deal and I am very content that there are still companies and individuals like Ierna and Julio who merit such accolade and are highly esteemed

Blake did a thorough job of testing our HVAC unit. He cleaned everything and had us up and running quickly. He took the time to explain the new thermostat to me and helped with programing the best settings for our needs.

First time out, had 3 faucets replaced and a leak. Came out again because the leak wasn’t fixed and it was very apparent it was leaking. Came out a 3rd time because hot and cold lines were not connected correctly. Messy work and very expensive. They also were supposed to replaced a tub spout and tub handle, didn’t finish the work. I didn’t have the right handle but the lack of knowledge the tech had didn’t help. He could have done more and gave me completely wrong information on how to proceed and complete it. I was told a handle would fit on what he left and it didn’t because this piece was broken by him having to cut off the other handle, see pic. That piece had to be removed and he should have known this. Directed me to a plumbing store for specialty handle, gave a long story on how it would be cheaper for me to do. In reality all I needed was for him to remove the piece he broke so I could buy a universal handle from Home Depot. Instead, I had to finish the job and remove the corroded stuck broken piece myself in order to proceed with a new handle. Lack of knowledge and sloppy work. Not to mention this place is extremely expensive. Yes, the supervisor did call me on Monday. However, I had already figured out what his plumber couldn’t and finished the job myself. The pic below is the piece of my tub handle this plumber broke but proceeded to tell me the specialty handle will fit on it.

Came home last night and discovered water leaking through a wall. I was referred to Ierna’s by friends who had used them for extensive plumbing work in their house. Went on the website at 10 PM to make an appointment. Ted and Jewani showed up the very next morning, found the leak behind the wall and repaired the broken pipe. The techs were really great, pleasant to talk with and overall fantastic. Spent about 4 hours from start to finish. Explained and showed me what they were doing, tested the system and made a somewhat daunting situation less stressful. Thanks so much!

The 2 men that were here doing were very professional and very nice and gut good cleanup after their job was done. I would recommend them to anybody who’s going to get an AC unit or any work done on their house other than paying and plumbing because that’s what I do. They were very professional and I appreciate that they were the best I’ve seen yet. Thank you.
