Like much of FL over the past 2wks, we lost our A/C on a very HOT Summer day. The stars aligned and these guys (the owner actually!) came to the rescue in 30 minutes. We cannot thank you enough for your promptness and great quality work!

Overly aggressive drivers on the highway. Cutting off people left and right. If that’s how they drive, I don’t want them in my house.

They installed a whole unit in my prior house. Excellent and professional. I ran into an issue in my new house & of course called them and in no time they solved the issue. The best part of dealing with them is their honesty. No games. Definitely my go to company for HVAC.

I called Polar Bay desperate to have someone come fix one of my ice cream cabinets as soon as possible on a weekend day. Time is of the essence when it comes to ice cream and would have lost all my product if Polar Bay did not save the day. They didn’t know if I was a small customer or a big one, but they treated me like I was an important one. Probably the best company I have ever dealt with. They have earned my business for all my businesses. In my business coolers and AC’s go down all the time. I know I’m in good hands with Polar Bay. Staff is great and very prompt. Highly recommend Polar Bay for any Cooler, Freezer or AC repairs.

Great company to work with very fast installed a new A/C system i just one day. James was extremely helpfull a well and his workers Robert and Miguel. I would use these guys in the future for any A/C work for shure. Thank you Polar A/C.

Polar Bay responded quickly to my A/C going out. They came out and troubleshot the problem within an hour. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part necessary to fix it then and there, but they came out the next morning and had it fixed within two hours and it's working great now.

Other places I've gone to have given large spans of time that the technician would show up, but each time Polar Bay gave timeframes of two hours or less, and they were on time in both cases.

Finally, other places I've gone to have tried to WAY prematurely try to upsell me to replace my A/C unit altogether, where Polar Bay really felt honest in defining the issue and didn't play any games at all. They got it fixed at what I would say is a fair price. Great experience.

No complaints at all, came down and put a new AC unit very hard working men. Thank you guys so much!

Worst service ever. The guy came out, took four hours to work in my freezer, he kept calling someone to ask questions as if he didn’t know what he was doing. Use our bathroom to clean off a cut that he had and bled all over the bathroom, but didn’t say clean up after himself, But didn’t say anything to us about it until we found it in the morning when we were cleaning. I was told that the service charge would be $80 for him to come out and assess the issue And that would be deducted from the service if we decided to go through with the repair. They ended up charging $120 because he took four hours. We ended up paying that because we figured it would come off the total bill when he came back to replace the bad part. Mind you, we had all of our food out to get bad and then the freezer didn’t work at all after he left, which at least one side was working before he started working on it so we lost all of our inventory. He ended up coming back to install the part But said the $120 would not go towards the full service call as I was told on the phone. It would be an additional full charge. I sent him away and called somebody else who did it for a whole lot less Then this company quoted . The new repair person that I hired was much more professional and Fixed it within 30 minutes. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

My air conditioning fan went out and I was so happy that Polar had an after hours service. They came out right away. It was late so they had to come back with a new part in the morning first appointment to install. I am so thankful to this company! I’ll will use them again. They guys were super nice and clean and caring.

Had a concern about my drain pipe from my AC going to the side yard. They made the same day appointment. But it started to pour within the window, so I called them and rescheduled for the next morning. And they were here bright and early. I highly recommend this company. They’ve been nothing but responsive, reasonably priced, and always professional.

The guys from polar bay were good, fast, respectful, and professional. They replaced our entire unit for the best price I have found and I have been looking for two years. I use them at the store I work at as well just because they are so good yet straight forward and don’t try and break your wallet. They know their value but they also know the value of your dollar to you. Very positive experience five stars

It would be nice to have what I would be paying $450 for with my technician, unable to communicate and calling the company. There was no explanation as to why I would pay that much so I know at least what the problem is. My AC is staying broken in the height of summer In Florida.

Absolutely amazing service! I’ve used Polar Bay AC for all my AC maintenance, repairs and when this one kicked the bucket, replacement. Honest work at a fair price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
