Polar Bat AC just finished my AC replacement! I told them it wasn't working and within a couple hours they were here to diagnose the problem, and gave me a great deal on the replacement that is running perfectly! I'll be using them on all future AC related needs.

The worst! Called for yearly maintenance speciel and to have the outside 4-ton AC leveled because its getting off and that can cause problems even though I have non just yet. Polors repair man only squirted some water through the outside vent to clean. Did not open panels at all. Then was done. No chemical or even soap!!! Said that he did...lol total of 10min. He could not speak English and would not try to understand what I was saying until its time to pay and go. Nothing done just waste money and time. I did try to help him understand preventive maintenance and just more wasted time. I like Spanish people but in this case the person was just lazy.

They were able to come out within an hour of my phoning. The technician was professional and polite. He did not speak much English, but was able to explain what was going on with pictures and by using the technical terms. I would trust this company again with no problem. The company I purchased this from last year and have a warranty with, AND has not stood behind the product and could not come out until next week to look at the problem

Gio and Roy serviced my home and did an amazing Job. Not only am I glad I made the decision to get the service done int he first places, I made the right decision using these guys. Make sure you check with the company exactly how they will be cleaning the ducts. Both the receptionist and technicians were knowledgeable. Gio and Roy did an incredible job once there and walked us through everything, absolutely SUPERIOR customer service from them, couldn't get better. Home smells unbelievable and it just feels cleaner. Call them and you won't be sorry.

The owners were both professional and informative. They arrived on time, David and his team worked efficiently and neatly to get the job done. He shared before and after pictures and explained what they were doing step by step. They are not the cheapest, but their price was very reasonable for the quality of service and work performed. We would recommend them and plan to use them for any future service needed.
