Not a honest company, tech spent 10 minutes in the property didn’t do anything. My switch still doesn’t have power and exhaust fan still has the issue. Took a home warranty claims knowing they couldn’t work it to just charge the deductible fee. Do not hire!

I received the recall to replace the valves. It was an easy process: review it, take photos, and make an appointment once they received it. A few days went by, and I checked my email and hadn't received anything yet. I checked online and found comments that said it was all a lie, that they never came to replace anything, but yes, they did. They called me twice because I missed the call, and it was very easy to talk to them and set the date. I got Gabriel; he was kind and intelligent. The valve replacement took no more than 20 minutes. I'm more than satisfied with this company's work. Oh! And everything was free.
