I had a issue so I called Lucky's the assistant was very nice and she explained to me somethings I didn't understand and helped me set up a date. Gabe came over to help with the problem my septic problem. He explained somethings to help me out on what to do to improve plus how to take care of my septic system. Very grateful for both of them and the knowledge on the matters. Thank you

We hired them to empty our septic and they did a good job at a reasonable price. We had called 3 or 4 other places and the all stood us up at least once. This was the only company that came ou when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone that asks or I know are in need of a service they provide.

I had Javier come to my home today. He communicated with us and told us what the problem was. Two other vendors and three visit could not fix this problem BUT Javier he did in very little time. Thank you so much

Javier went above and beyond. We had a clog on the main line and it was affecting every thing we use from our toilets to our washer causing water to rise up in our master shower. Javier took the time and dedication to fix our problem during late hours even though he didn’t have to. He was professional and courteous to me and my family during this stressful time for us and for him as well since he drove over 2 hours to our residence. I definitely recommend Javier Santiago for any plumbing work needed. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and also educating us to reduce our clog from happening again. The technician they sent out with a truck to pump it prodded all over the yard looking for our septic tank before just giving up and saying I must not have one. The area he thought it should be in, he insisted that it could only be pointed away from the house. I suggested that perhaps it was just sideways, along the house instead. He said no, there's no way it would have been installed like that. After pumping the cleanout pipe, which I've read should not be done, he left. My shower backed up again that night, so I looked up the property records online and found that yes, we do indeed have a septic tank.

I called their office and let them know my findings, and the gentleman I spoke with was immediately combative, asking how I could know I have a septic tank. I explained that I found the county records and that it wouldn't make sense for the city to allow a home to be built that just drains wastewater into the ground. He was a little more friendly after that and said they could send a plumber, but if I do have a septic tank needing to be pumped, that would be a separate visit.

I grabbed a shovel, shoved it into the dirt where I told the Lucky's technician he should check, and blammo. There it was. I let them know I'd found it. They sent a plumber out (now two days past the first visit), who finished digging up the area around the tank lid, lifted it, and said "yeah, your tank's full." He didn't have a pump truck, though, so he left.

I then had to wait over the weekend for someone to come out "first thing," their dispatcher told me, Monday morning. Except they didn't come. I had to call them, they then said they were waiting on my rental company to approve the job because they found grease(?) in my tank. No one at any point prior to this or after this mentioned anything about grease. It was just a ton of wastewater filled to the top. I do believe they had to wait on approval, but that should have been communicated earlier instead of lying to me. They finally did send someone out later that day. He pumped the tank. My issue was resolved. It only took five days from the first time they came out, when it could have been handled, if their tech had just humored my suggestion instead of insisting I have no septic tank.

The main point of contact at their office, I think her name was Camila, was very nice. As was the plumber they sent, Javier. I think this company employs some good people. Even the guy who screwed up was at least friendly. But they left me hanging for several days, having to use the bathroom in plastic bags and driving across town to shower, because their tech made an absurd assumption and denied my suggestion.

I have the pleasure of being the landlord for Shane and his team at Lucky's Home Services, and I couldn't ask for better tenants. They are professional, respectful, and take great care of their space at Mango Space. Their reliability and integrity as tenants give me full confidence in the quality of work they provide to their customers. It's great to have a local, family-owned business like theirs in our community. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home services – they are a team you can trust.

UPDATE TO REVIEW DONE 4 DAYS AGO...ONCE AGAIN THEY CALLED ME TO APOLOGIZE AND SCHEDULED ME AGAIN FOR SATURDAY AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW DIDN’T SHOW UP AGAIN.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I've had multiple appointments with them to fix my flooding utility room and kitchen and it has not been fixed. They make appointments with you and then don't show up. After you have already taken off work multiple times. I had an appointment yesterday that they didn't show up for that I also took off work again for. Then today while I'm at work I get a text that somebody's on their way there and that I need to be there. Unless the boss is going to start paying my wages for the days I've missed I'm not taking off anymore days.

Really good experience with this company. They were very communicative, showed up on time, quickly diagnose the problem, and fixed it. Our technician was Ramon. He got the job done and was very informative to give me some tips and explaining exactly what was wrong. They’ll definitely get my call again if I need any electrical work done.

Gabrial was our tech today. He arrived on time. Worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He was polite and knowledgeable. I observed him assess the situation and come up with a good plan yo find the drain. Gabrial provided Great service and he wasn’t rushing to finish. He made sure the job was done properly. I would highly recommend Lucky’s for repairs. The technician Gabriel that came to my home was extremely professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He checked immediately and found the problem and was able to install the new piece that was necessary. Putting my mind to ease. If I need a repair, I would definitely call Lucky as they are extremely reliable and did an awesome job in a very short amount of time.

We used Lucky's for our septic through our home warranty. They had really good reviews in general, which is hard to find contractors through home warrenty's that do. Specifically Gabe was the one that was very well reviewed and he is the one the went to our property. He pumped the tank and then recommended a new drain field for $9,000. We got a 2nd opinion from another septic company we had used in the past and it actually needed a new pump that was $1000. If this would have been correctly diagnosed that pump would have been covered under our warranty but instead we had to pay another company to come out and do it. So, not great, not sure if this is standard protocol with home warrenty clients or in general.

The plumber who fixed my sink was very nice and professional and fixed my sink very quickly and had me double check his work just to make sure it was fixed. I would use them again.

Zane W. arrived promptly after the text message telling us he was on his way. Very courteous person with a positive work attitude. He got right to work figuring out why my a/c unit wouldn't turn on. He had it handled quickly. As I have a home warranty from Choice Home Warranty, the service call fee was low. I appreciate that Lucky's Reliable Home Services was able to send Zane and payment was very easy with my card. Great team!

Glen is amazing and very professional, observant, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to find the root of the issue rather than offering a temporary fix, which is so rare these days. I contacted Lucky's about a septic pumping and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Gabe came out the next day, super polite and professional guy. He got in and out in less than an hour, price was reasonable, would definitely recommend and use their services again.
