I called up Emory to fix my kitchen sink, he was prompted and Very professional with a good price, I would recommend him every time.

I have used them for my kitchen, and all my bathrooms. They are always prompt to come and they get the job done right. They offer fair pricing, and they are, by far the best plumbing company I have worked with.

I would highly recommend them

Called them for a problem and requested that they come out. They said they'd call back soon before they came, but never did. I waited most of the day for them to call back.

To any potential customer: I have nothing to gain from writing a (supposedly false) negative review. I own no plumbing business, but a modest house which has an old drain line. The company, of course, has something to gain by denying my review - your service. When two people call each other liars, and when one has a very clear reason to lie, it is always smart to believe the other. For further proof, take the fact that my original comment did not have a phone number. How could they have verified they did not call me, nor I them, if this was not provided?

And to the company - if a customer alleges wrongdoing, please respond to them a bit sooner than a year later. Typically, if a customer has been wronged, it is the company that should make it right - although this is not necessary in this case; I no longer have any desire for plumbing services, and even if I did, I would not choose you.

I highly recommend Emory Garland Plumbing!! Emory came out on a Saturday to save the day. Had a very large graduation event at the house and some major plumbing issues. Great service!!

Emory Garland does good work when he shows up, but he doesn't show up after making an appointment. He has failed to show up and his wife coordinates his schedule, or so it seems. Very irritating when you expect a plumber at the house.

Emory just left my house and I couldn't be more pleased about the experience. He explained what happened, why it happened and what he was going to do to fix it. Fast, efficient at a more than reasonable cost. I'll be recommending him to my neighbors.

After calling over 15 plumbers in the area I am so happy we found Emory Garland Plumbing . At midnight our shower broke , the water couldn’t be turned off and it was a huge ordeal. We had just moved to the area and were panicking . I had left a message on their answering machine and they called me promptly first thing in the early morning and were at our house within ten minutes , with problem solved and fixed within 25 minutes . The only plumbers I will use for our new home ! Couldn’t be happier .

I rarely ever write a review but I had to in this case. I had a very small job that I needed help with and called Emory. I called him because of the high rating and reviews and now see why he has a 5 star rating. He came out to see me on a Saturday at no additional cost. He solved my problem at a very reasonable cost and on top of that he just seemed like a good guy.

I searched online for a local plumber here in North Tampa and thank God I found Emory. I called and he answered his cell phone by the second ring both times I called him about scheduling. He got here when he said he would be here and was very professional. We had a leak in our master bath that required tearing a hole in the slab. Way more work than we first thought. Emory was very professional, very clean, CAME TO MY HOUSE ON SATURDAY, very reasonable, and found the leak after lots of concrete work. I agree with the previous post. Master work by a master plumber :)

Emory came to my home on short notice for a blocked drain. But when he arrived, the drain had gone down on its own.

So he checked all vitals and explained everything to me thoroughly. I can tell this is a very honest guy. He billed me the minimum just for his trip out-very fair.

I hope I don't have another plumbing problem, but if I do, Emory will be my first call!

Great experience with Emory Garland. I spent weeks trying to get my propane company to give me an estimate on installing an outlet for a generator without any response. One call to Emory, "No problem." The job was done within a couple of days of my first call and the price was right. What a find!

Had a major blockage in my home and was having a pool party on Labor Day weekend. Numerous people coming and we had no use of our bathrooms or sinks. We contacted garland plumbing expecting a answer of coming the following day but to our surprise the owner Emory garland after hearing my desperation was there in an hour and had the problem solved and cleaned up in time for our guest to arrive. Called Emory Garland for a few plumbing tasks, He was very responsive, On time, Respectful, Did very nice work. Kept everything clean throughout the whole process! It is hard enough nowadays to find a trustworthy plumber to come in and do what's expected unfortunately, This man did not disappoint. He will definitely be getting all my future work and referrals. Emory installed our new water heater today. He was so helpful in every way. Even though there were a few complications he got the job done with humor and efficiency. We had excellent communications throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate how quickly and affordably he got this done for us. I definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

We called Emory to install a gas water heater. He was here a little over an hour. He charged us 1900.00!!! When my husband questioned it he said he charges more for a gas water heater. We called Emory because he was an old neighbor of ours and we knew he would take good care of us. Needless to say we feel we’ve been totally taken advantage of. When we called around to see what a normal charge was we learned most plumbers charge no more than 1100.00. When my
Husband called Emory to give him a chance to reconsider he doubled down and insisted that’s what he charges. Lesson learned. We will get quotes next time and not trust an old friend.

This is a great local company. They charge a fair price for quality work, which they stand behind, and they’re a pleasure to work with. And Al is a wizard with gas plumbing which isn’t easy to find down here. I will definitely call them again.

Can't support this group more. Al and Pierre came out to my house. Contractor friends of mine told me this will be a several thousand dollar fix, and walls will need to be cut into. They quickly noticed it was just a broken part and replaced it for a few hundred. They were also so nice and accommodating to my 5 year old son trying to help. He talked about helping the whole ride to school and even told his teachers he's a plumber now.

My wife’s mom had to have her entire plumbing replaced so I recommended this company since I have used them for many years. Tommy was very friendly and took his time answering all our questions. The entire crew did a great job! Monica the office manager was always very helpful. Our family thanks you— such a blessing.

I had some pretty severe septic tank issues and Chris came out and did an amazing job! He was very professional and overall, a nice person. I would recommend this company to others if needed.

Wow! Michael kicked butt, he diagnosed and rebuilt an older style fresh water supply line, no easy task. He was prompt and patient and very knowledgeable and professional, he never gave up and I couldn’t be more happy with choosing Total Plumbing Solutions! Highly recommend!!!
