I had a bad leak in a pipe close to the slab in my kitchen in a difficult to reach area.

Albert was outstanding and was able to carefully chip the area with minimal damage and repaired what proved to be two pinhole leaks. He did a fantastic job and the communication was also great as provided by Monica in the office.

The cost, considering how difficult and involved the repair was, was extremely fair and reasonable.

I would highly recommend Total Plumbing Services in the highest possible terms.

Charlie our technician was extremely helpful. We had a main line back up with multiple toilets affected and he fixed the issue promptly, while explaining what he did throughout the process. The team was very quick to answer our problem as well. If we have issues again, I'll be reaching out to them again!

A paver company accidentally ripped out the sewer pipe going from our house to the street. Total Plumbing had Devin and a couple other guys (didn't get their names) out here at 8AM the next day. About 9 feet of pipe was replaced and tested in a little over 4 hours. Devin & crew were outstanding.

Many thanks to the team at Total Plumbing Solutions for the great customer service and installation of our a water softener and filtration system in our new home. Our situation was a bit challenging since there was no available drainage, but they were able to solve the problem and connect the unit to an existing drainage system. Thank you, Total Plumbing!

Initial impression of these guys was great when they showed up for a “quote.” Gave me a rough estimate but said they would need a diagnostic day to give me a detailed quote. Did the diagnostic day, paid them 550 bucks. Never got a detailed quote or any kind of follow up. It’s been months. We went with someone else but I feel scammed to say the very least.

Very professional, respectful and friendly. Water heater issues and needed replacement. The guys reviewed invoice with us before starting job. Completed the job prior to expected timeframe and when completed work area was cleaned up. Have been a client with Total Plumbing for several years and will not use anyone else.

Showed up on time and was very courteous. Explained all water heater options in detail. Installation looked great and work area was left clean when he was finished. Good value for the money. Would recommend.

I would totally recommend Total Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing repair or install. The front office was pleasant and scheduled an appt for us immediately to address a second floor toliet issue which led to a leaking ceiling in our living room. Our service technician Al was so knowledgable and professional. Extremely reliable, he showed on time and was diligent in his work. He found the problem right away and did not try to oversell. Was very respectful of property and described the repairs needed in an easy to understand format. We were so impressed we decided to get estimates on other repairs and upgrades for our home. We had Devin install our tankless water heater at our residence and he couldn’t of been for professional and prompt. Prices were better than any quote we received from other companies and for plumbers they really kept things clean and dry. I’ll be using them moving forward for all of our plumbing solutions.

Had a main water line break yesterday evening in our New Port Richey home, reached out to the company through their phone number and with in the hour they had Plumber Frank and his assistant at the house and fixed it right up and had the water flowing the right way, and, this could’ve probably cost a fortune with after hour service call and such but the price was fantastic and the service was 5 star service!!! Thank you to Total Plumbing Service for the assistance and great customer service!

He finished earlier than expected, saved my drywall from having to be cut, fixed the problem, and tested everything before leaving. He even charged less than expected!! These guys were honest and outstanding. Came out on an emergency early in the morning where the pipe bringing water into the house broke outside due to a tree root and a earlier bad repair. Fixed it literally in around two hours or less and recommended a better permanent fix with a reasonable quote. Highly recommended honest people.
