After being displaced by Hurricane Milton for 9 months, we were ready to move back into our home, only to find out that the plumber hired by our restoration company filled our sewer line with debris. Total Plumbing Solutions came out quickly and tried their best (several hours beyond what they charged us for) to remove the debris but were unable to due to the age of the line. They quoted us a very reasonable price for the work that was involved to dig up the floor and replace the line and were able to begin within a few days.

Throughout the whole process, everyone we dealt with at the company was genuinely compassionate and communicated with us every step of the way. This is the first contractor we have dealt with since being displaced that we felt like actually cared about fixing our problem the right way. They looked for ways to keep costs down and even corrected additional problems left by the restoration company without any additional charges. Even more impressive was how much effort they put in to keeping the dust and dirt out of the rest of the house. They shut themselves off into a very tiny bathroom for hours at a time just to help keep our house looking new a little longer.

When the restoration company started making ridiculous demands before they would reimburse us, Total Plumbing Solutions worked with us and provided us the photographs, reports, and permitting information quickly. In fact through the whole process they were apologizing to us even though they had done nothing wrong.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I only wish they had been the contractors our restoration company used so that we could have avoided this whole situation.

Michael from total plumbing is a young knowledgeable plumber who did the job right, installed watersoftner/ RO and faucet. A month later, no issues with the install. He even upgraded some of my hardware to his satisfaction for a reasonable price. Will be recommending him to others in my community. Thank you Michael.

Another positive experience with Total Plumbing Solutions! Had a pipe attached to house faucet broke and couldnt turn off water. The pipe was worn and Joe the service tech was able to fix the faucet as well as the saw and redo pipe with added support to the house.

We had a leak behind our kitchen sink in the wall. Al came out and assessed the problem as likely faulty cast iron in the connector between the drain and the vent. We scheduled to have it repaired the next week. He showed up exactly on time, ready to work. Al chiseled through the exterior block to the pipe. His guess was exactly right, the cast iron arm connection to the drain pipe was rusted through. He cut the old cast iron out and replaced with new pvc. Al was polite and respectful the entire time, and did his best to minimize damage to my home. He was willing to explain things to me on a level I could understand, which is not true for all tradesmen. I was impressed with his service and all of my other interactions with TPS.

I cannot speak to price competitiveness because I did not look for other vendors.
