Had my tile floors cleaned and resealed with organiclean and they did a great job. I'm hoping this is the right place for the review. Owner Ryan was supposed to send me a link but I never got it. My only suggestion is to put the company name in the orig text, as I don't reply to random texts (to many scams out there). I was happy with the work and would use them again.

Ryan did an amazing job getting our tile cleaned after the hurricane and all the mess that came along with restoring the house. It looks better now than the day we moved it. Everyone in the company is polite and professional. Their prices are extremely fair and easily the best in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and will be using them from now on.

It has been about four months since this group worked on my bathroom remodel. The towel rack fell apart and it was discovered that 2 important screws were missing from the bottom anchor plates. This is just sloppy work that reflects on this business' rush to finish and not keep an eye on the quality of work. Also some of the shower floor grout is starting to crumble. RUN don't walk away from this contractor. This is in addition to my first review which was also unfavorable.

Danny was kind enough to make a call on Sunday. He is very professional and provides an exceptional value for the services he provides. He was thorough in his search for our leak and efficient in his work.

When I called at 8 pm he actually answered the phone. I had a leak in a water pipe in the slab of house. He was able to come the next day. His fee was very reasonable and he was on top of the leak within a hour. Easy guy to work with and was very willing to do what ever it took to find the leak. Thanks leak snoops.

Dan came to my rescue not once but, twice! The first time, a neighbor discovered water leaking up through my floors while I was away. We reached out to Dan and he quickly was able to detect the leak (a contractor put a nail through my water system) and have the issue remediated. The second time was after Hurricane Nicole. I had water coming up through the floors and thought for sure that I would need to replace my concrete tile roof. But again, Dan was able to quickly detect the source (a ruptured duct) so that I could make the appropriate (and less costly) fix. Dan is prompt, knowledgable, and professional. I would not hesitate to use him should the need ever arise again.

I originally called three or four plumbers to look at a condo garbage disposal that was not working. None of them answered their phone or returned the call. And then I called Garrett Plumbing they were so nice helpful and most importantly, they answered their phone. They went out to the condo For a free assessment and we’re honest and told me it was the electrical outlet so I need an electrician for it. Couple days later, I called them back for a home. I had a kitchen sink backed up. Again, another great experience with them. Greg came out, was professional and provided me an estimate and did the job perfectly and quickly. 100% would recommend Garrett Plumbing for anyone meeting plumbing service in Pinellas County. They are now my go to plumber.

We had a rather urgent plumbing need that required us to have our whole house water turned off until we could get someone out to take a look. Dan from Garrett was able to come out within a day of calling. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. The fix was easy enough for him to do and we were so grateful he was able to address our issue so quickly. Wanted $2000 for 2 hours of labor. A total rip off. I bought the water heater and drip pan. What a waste of time. Had my plumber from Tampa install for $300 which included extra travel time. I don't usually write bad reviews but I'm in the construction industry and it is not right to take advantage of flood victims.

He was thorough in checking to be sure there were no leaks. He cleaned up when he was done and even helped me put back some things that had to be moved for him to work. Was referred by a friend to use Garrett Plumbing, heard nothing but good things about their professionalism and honesty. David are technician provided several options to go about our leaking faucet in our master bathroom, and once we went over the most reasonable option without pressure David got the job done quick. Will most definitely be using Garrett Plumbing with any future issues.

Not happy with this company. We had a truck break pipes in our parking garage and they charged over $13,000 and they didn't bother cutting holes in the wall to find the leaks. They just took a hammer to the wall and made a huge mess causing us extra time and expense to make drywall repairs.

Not only this but they didn't fix the leak the 1st time and had to return a 3rd time to fix the leak from their repair.

We tried to support a local business but next time I'm just calling one of the big plumbing companies.

After my Mom always had a great experience with Garrett Plumbing, I set up an appointment to have some routine issues handled. The pricing was fair for the amount of work done and the plumber, which they had sent over was one of the best I've had to date. Thank you, JR or John Meunier for getting into the tight spots and doing such a great job. He is such a pleasant gentleman to speak with and so knowledgeable. I wish I had connected with him and Garrett years ago!
