We needed a repair to the plumbing in our garage which included a new water heater.
Tech David Garrett came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to move forward, a couple of days later David came back out to perform the repair and installation.
His work was top notch and he was very skilled!

This review is long overdue, but the fact that I still feel compelled to write it should speak volumes about the level of service I received.

It was Mother’s Day—a day that’s already emotionally difficult for me for personal reasons. After a draining shift at work, all I wanted was to come home, take a relaxing shower, and unwind. Instead, I was met with a frustrating plumbing issue—my shower wouldn’t drain properly.

Thankfully, Garrett Plumbing came through when it mattered most. Despite it being a Sunday and a holiday, they sent JR out almost immediately—and without charging any extra weekend or holiday rates!

JR arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and had the problem resolved in under 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the issue with ease, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong, walked me through everything he did, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.

He was prompt, polite, and truly exceptional—an absolute pro. The entire experience, from start to finish, was seamless and stress-free.

I can’t thank Garrett Plumbing and JR enough. It’s rare to find service this responsive and reliable these days. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

I was having an issue with a leaky toilet. I had another company come out 3x since I moved & it was fixed for a while & would start up again. Bryan had come to fix it & was very knowledgeable & had it fixed in no time. My toilet hasn’t leaked since & I will definitely be calling for any other issue. Bryan was very professional & answered all my questions & best of all no more leaky toilet.

Very helpful with water filtration system. Many plumbers won’t even touch. Thought it was the water heater, but luckily only a fitting for the WFS. Bryan was the best…very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Fixed on the spot and got an estimate for an upgrade for later. Bug Bryan is an indication of the professionals at Garrett, I’ll be back.
