I called Garrett Plunbing at 5 pm on New Year's day and told them we had a leak in a water line
They had someone come out by 7:30 that evening. Our technician name was Bryan. Bryan couldn't fix our problem that night do to the fact it was a holiday and parts store was closed
Bryan was here early the next morning and fixed our problem
He was very pleasant, respectful and friendly
We would definitely call them again

We had a problem with our hot water and they came out and replaced our hot water tank which had two heating elements (not sure about correct terms) and one was not working. The water heater was over 25 years old and they worked late to replace it that day. We then called back two days later and said the water is still not hot in shower but it was every where else in the house. They came out that day and replaced the shower cartridge that we had thought had been replaced when another plumber had done new piping after the hurricane. We have had hot water in the shower since. They were timely, courteous, and reasonably priced. We were completely satisfied.

I didn’t do the survey originally cause I don’t like to give bad reviews. Since I’m still upset, here you go.
I feel I was ripped off and everyone I told my story to agreed.
$700 to install a new bathroom faucet and a gasket for the toilet is robbery. I normally get 3 quotes when I need home repairs but I wasn’t feeling well and just did it.
It took the guy a total of 45 minutes to do both jobs.
I know plumbing is expensive but the price I paid was incredibly high.
I’ll never use your company again and will tell all people I know not to as well.
Making a profit is understandable but not at hundreds of dollars for less than an hour.

Our drain pipe from our house finally failed (house built in 50’s). Called Garrett. David was sent out for an estimate. He gave us a fair price and started work that afternoon. Dave & his helpers cut & dug driveway & had our drain replaced & working in record time. Another crew, Kim, Cecil F., Acc T., Tanner C., came a few days later & filled in the concrete & did clean up. All is working now. We are very happy with the professionalism and promptness of Garrett Plumbing. Thanks Chris…….Job well done.

I have used Garret Plumbing for various issues we have had in our “flipped” house. They are always kind and professional, prompt and friendly. They are fairly priced, and didn’t even charge when coming for an emergency at 9 on a Sunday night. We recently had Ed out, and he explained the whole process of replacing our filters, and his recommendation on the best course of action.
I highly recommend Garret plumbing and Ed for any plumbing needs you may have.

Everyone is talking about friendly and professional. Great work thats is fine. $700 to 800 to change out two faucets is highway robbery. No issues just a change out. I paid it but I know I will never be taken again. Yes my guy was nice, friendly and professional. The call after was only about him and if the work was done. If it wasn't needed to be done quickly, I would have passed on using this company. People need to start putting down what they pay on these tiny jobs.

Anthony from Garrett plumbing did a great job installing gas lines to my pool heater, grill and bringing a gas line into my kitchen. He communicated with me very well in letting me know times and what to expect. You can tell he is very experienced because it shows in his very high quality work!
