The company did a great job cleaning the sidewalk but a lot of damage to my lawn from careless and excessive use of chlorine. I complained and they promised to take a look and get back to me. It have been 7 days so I am posting a negative review.

Terrible company. We used them at our business. They gave us a notebook so we could ask them to complete services. They never added paper towels to the dispensor, so I left a note asking them to and they ignored it. It was so bad we went back to our old service because the only thing they were doing were emptying the wastebasket and sweeping. On their last day, they broke several items and when I called to complain, they asked us to send a picture which I did and they never responded to it.

Our church has been using ImageOne for several years and couldn't be happier. The cleaning staff does a great job, and the administrative staff is very friendly and professional.

I give them a 5 star rating because Gabi and her crew are very attentive at resolving issues that arise during the normal course of business. They have 4 buildings under contract with my employer.
