I have had a pleasant relationship experience with ImageOne. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I was nervous after some reviews but after working with the company and understanding how everything works it has been a smooth working relationship. This is not a get rich scam it is a honest job working for yourself. Entrepreneurship is not easy and having a dedicated partner such as ImageOne is a great help in this business.

I have been a Senior Director of Facilities for over 30 years . I have always used Image 1 for all my building janitorial / cleaning needs. I have used them in class 3A high rise facilities and they have performed flawlessly. I Would Strongly recommend them as anyone that’s been in facilities knows, a good managed cleaning company is hard to find . Great company even does my Contracter clean up if needed. You won’t be disappointed.

ImageOne: Please take the time to really comprehend, ImageOne excepts NO EXCUSES for anyone who doesn't clean their buildings thoroughly. There should also be NO EXCUSES when it comes time to pay people their money. Your company is causing people late fees that your company isn't accounting for, nor accommodating. Please be more mindful about others people's lives, like you care for those in your home. I bet none of ImageOne owners or managers money is never late. If your gonna run a professional business, make sure it's professional all around and not just professional for your pockets. A high horse falls down fast, and Love Heals All. Coverall provided cleaning services at my office. The quality was not great and I switched. Their contract required one month notice and I gave them more than adequate notice. The last 15 days of the contract, the cleaner quit the company (that was the second one they sent out). They did not inform me and never responded when I reached out about the remaining service days. So take your pick from their disgruntled employees or just poor business ethic…

Great company but even better staff!

Please reconsider before hiring. Very poor and unprofessional communication. It is a company that hires Franchises. Stay away from. Keep getting the run around about returning key to premises.
Services ended Feb and still no return key. Even the "general Manger" says I will follow up. Still nothing. Avoid at all Cost.

Tiffany was awesome and extremely helpful all did a great job and there were no messes at all
