Terrible service! Do not use. Charged a lot of money for a one bedroom apartment and did a poor job. Did not leave the place clean and did a mediocre job. Called them and was promised they would come back to correct Left Place uncleaned and destroyed items. Very disappointed and Very unprofessional.

Wonderful company! Very organized and fair price! Highly recommended!

My friend is so repulsed by their lack of professionalism.
Not to mention they stayed 11 mins and charged $60.
The two maids didn’t speak a word of English and left the place worst than they found it.
When I called the owner she hung up the phone on me.

SCAM ALERT  - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAD TO GET THE BANK INVOLVED!!

Yolanda arrived for a consultation and then I spoke with her secretary Rosa. They said pay by Zelle and I did, but they claimed they never got the money. When I tried to work it out with them, they refused to answer any questions or say anything other than "Tell your bank to release the money to Zelle" which is not how Zelle works. We had a confirmation that the money was transferred. We finally had to get the bank involved and the problem was that they were looking for the wrong amount. They had the money the whole time and were incredibly rude, we almost lost $400 because of their willingness to communicate. Please, don't risk losing your money and work with a larger, more reputable firm and do not get scammed. Also, I wish I had read other reviews, several other people have noted that the staff was rude and that the services were sub-par.

Amazing Cleaning Services!!! I’ve used this service for years to clean my house, office and warehouse. They do a great job and are very thorough. They clean and remove stains from linens or stovetops, vacuum and mop every inch of our floors. In addition, they use green eco friendly products for my kids to keep everything tidy and clean. Highly recommend for residential or commercial properties.

Charged me $150 for a 900 square foot apartment, me thinking this price would be for her to clean my house spotless. She left dust and trash all over my house, and actually ruined my baseboard with her vacuum. When I called for her to come back and look at everything she did and just made excuses for what wasn’t right or just laughed. When I asked for it to be fixed or for me to be paid back a little bit of the money (not even half to pay for new paint for my baseboard) she laughed walked out of my apartment and slammed my door in my face.

I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone, you can get a lot better work for way cheaper and a business owner that will treat you with better respect.

I was very pleased with the service that Yolanda provided me with she got here on time there was great communication from the time she came to give me my estimates to the day of the cleaning . Her and her team are very professional I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Not at all happy with this service! Tile floors and one area rug look like nothing was done at all. Furniture not dusted and a half a.. job on bathrooms and kitchen.
