After an unfortunate situation moving into a new place, I needed help FAST. After speaking with Stacy and explaining everything, she was quick to offer advice and assist, all the while keeping me calm! The girls she sent out to the unit were fast and efficient and really helped to make me and my family feel more at ease. Everything looked good as new and I was really impressed. I keep their magnet on my fridge now just in case things pop up again! I would definitely recommend anyone who needs cleaning services, whether just once or on an ongoing basis, to contact Stacy.

Maid for Today WOW! What an amazing service they really work with you and your schedule. Honestly they might be wizards... that are able to turn a hot mess of a house into an actual livable clean space.

Stacy has been extremely accommodating in helping figure out what my needs were. Then she tailor made a cleaning schedule and matched me up with someone she knew would be a good fit. They have amazing staff that do an excellent through job.

I was referred to this company by a good friend realtor who works in Wynmoor. I called to discuss cleaning my moms two bedroom two bath condo. I was asked a lot of questions and tried to answer them honestly. She asked me if the condo can be cleaned by one person in 3-4 hours I said it may take longer. I was given a price of $450, when I expressed my shock and how can they justify so much. The person hung up on me and blocked me when I tried to call back. It was very disappointing to know a company that is “family owned” for “39 years” could even contemplate charging someone $450 for a basic cleaning. I am glad they showed what kind of people they are as I would never recommend. Hanging up on me and blocking me was highly unprofessional.

Mitch the owner runs a really tight ship! Excellent service, on time, and everyone I had contact with was so friendly and polite. My technician Joseph arrived early and was so thorough and explained everything. He offered us Scotchgaurd and I said no thanks. He said fine. Not pushy at all. After watching how meticulously he was cleaning I asked him his opinion on using the protectant and he Took time to explain the benefits in light of his 15 years of experience doing this kind of work. So I changed my mind and paid the extra money because Joseph was so sincere. He even took me outside and showed me How the truck worked because I was interested. I highly recommend this company

SOS Carpet was wonderful again!!! My call was returned within an hour (maybe less), appointment was available quickly and best of all on time. The team is very professional and well trained. My technician took a lot of pride in his service and skill and management was supportive and followed up. I have been using mitch at s o s carpet and tile cleaning for over twenty years. Julius arrived early and did a wonderful job cleaning my tike and area rugs. They look like new. Fair prices and excellent work.

SOS does a great job from the moment you call to inquire about service until the job is done! Calls are responded to swiftly. Booking is easy and they find a time that is convenient for the customer pretty easily. A confirmation text comes the day prior to service. And - they arrive on time. Our serviceman, Joe was very friendly and efficient. He finished three area rugs in about an hour. The rugs look and smell fresh and clean. The pricing is very reasonable. Let’s us hang on to rugs for years even with kids and pets trampling across them regularly!

My first time using SOS to clean my high traffic master bedroom and two living room arm chairs. Joe was extremely nice and quite professional. I was very pleased with the outcome of the carpet and chairs.

SOS cleaned our living room sectional sofa, condo floor tiles, and bathroom floor and shower tiles. Grouting and painting grout were also done
Mike was very courteous and explained everything
He was exemplary with attention to detail and went above and beyond, doing a fantastic job.

My wife and I have been in our new home for just over a year. Although we feel we keep a very clean house. We wanted to have the tiles deep cleaned. We were lucky enough that the previous owners had left us the information on SOS Carpet and Furniture Cleaning. We called and got an appointment for the next week. The price I was quoted was less than the other three companies I quoted with. Yesterday, Mike arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, the agreed upon time and begin to get to work. He was professional and courteous and explained the entire process to my wife and I and was completed within the estimate estimated time I would highly recommend SOS !
