I’ve been using SOS Carpet Furniture and Tile Cleaning for over 30 years. The technicians have always done an excellent job. They are courteous and professional. I have 3 black cats and one black dog. I just had my 12 yr old couch, love seat and rocker recliner cleaned—they look like new!

We used SOS on two occasions and they did a fantastic job for us cleaning indoor and outdoor furniture as well as the outdoor flooring. We found Mike one their technicians both professional and easy to work with . The office staff was also very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

I called SOS Carpet on a Monday and by Tuesday Mitch had Julius out to the house to clean my father's carpets. Mitch was responsive and helpful. Julius, the technician who came to the house, was AMAZING. He did a great job, was extremely polite, accommodating when I added things at the last minute and very professional. The whole process was quick and efficient and an incredible value! The carpets look brand new! We will definitely use again!

Although I have used SOS for several years for carpet, rug, upholstery and tile cleaning, this was an SOS call as my 95 lb dog got sick. While we were out, he threw up in 8 places on my ivory carpet. They fit me in that day and did a great job! They usually do my entire house. They did our whole tv room while they were there so when they come in November. we have a place to hang while the rest of the house is drying.

They spent 3 hours cleaning the tile, grout, and carpet in my home to prep it for sale. The floors look amazing and I should have done this years ago. My grout was pretty gross and now looks great.

Julius came out today and he was great! He made sure to be very thorough with cleaning my furniture and carpets, especially with the amount of dog hair I have with two golden retrievers.

Joseph came to my house and gave us a service that was top notch! He was very kind, very caring about my pets making sure they were kept inside the house while the door was opened while he bring the equipment inside, and after the job was done he made sure none of my dogs were missing, that was the sweetest thing!
