i scheduled this maid service and they never even came when i tried to reach them they never even called me back.
i wish they would have at least told me they weren't coming out

Marsal and Sonia were wonderful, they did an excellent job for us. But they did not do our fridge or windows. I'm guessing that is not part of a deep clean. They did however fold our cloths which wasn't part of their services. :/

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I had called in the day before requesting that 4 people come in the next day for deep cleaning. The next day 2 people showed up. I called Sun Cleaning and asked what happened to the 4 I requested and the lady that answered was very rude. Yelled at me and even hung up the phone twice. This is ridiculous!!! Ive been a customer of Sun Cleaning for years and this is how they treat loyal customers??!! VERY RUDE!! CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH!!!

Terrible service, beware of this company Sun Cleaning. Completely unprofessional service second time we had a major issue. First time they would not wear masks during COVID as we repeatedly requested they do so for our family’s protection. This time we cannot continue due to a second unprofessional experience.

I’ve hired this place twice to clean my house and the 1st time they did a really good job but the second time they did a HORRIBLE job and then I told her that I rather the First Ladies who cleaned my house good the first time . Then I asked can I get a discount for the next cleaning she said no because they said they did a good job . The didn’t wipe anything down , they didn’t clean the toilet . And basically the whole job was subpar and I expressed how disappointed I was as a returning customer and she didn’t care to fix the issue or compensate me for it . Please don’t book with them . They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all .

A friend told me about this company and after reading some reviews i was hesitant but trusted my friend. I could not have made a better choice. The young lady at the call center is super nice (which is not common from people in call centers) and she is very accommodating and has even fit me in with last minute appointments when there are openings available. The maids are proffesional and very thorough. Communication is important so any particular thing you might need let them know and they will accomodate as best as they can. Looking at some of the reviews its clear some people are a little unrealistic and get mad when they dont get their way or dont communicate. Try this service for yourself and you wont regret it!!
