Dakota was my service man for a lightening issue. He explained everything to me and explained what was going on with some wiring. I'm forever grateful for his knowledge. He fixed the problem and now I can sleep without worry. I will request him again. Very friendly and a joy to have had him fix my issue.

Camron was my electrician and did an amazing job! He explained the scope of the repair and how the work should safely be performed. He worked quickly and left no mess behind! Camron was pleasant and polite and I trusted him to do a great job which he did!! I highly recommend!

Jose was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. He installed my new smoke detectors and he ensured that he tested and that they worked properly. My technician Santiago Nevado was outstanding! He adjusted his arrival time to meet my needs; explained what he was going to do in detail before starting the job. Was efficient and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely request him if I needed any other electrical work done

Anthony is an outstanding electrician. He and his crew diagnosed a difficult issue at my condo that two AC companies couldn’t figure out. It turns out I had two major problems due to mistakes made by contractors in the past. Crossed wires at the panel, spliced wires going to wrong equipment, etc. It was painstaking diagnostic work. Instead of a major operation trying to get new correct wires to a panel across a concrete ceiling etc. Anthony came up with a brilliant and easy solution of installing a new small panel in the AC closet. Due to the complexity of the situation he needed to come back the next am to complete the job. And he did exactly that. I appreciate his ability, reliability and dependability. He does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. Great job! Would ask for him next time I need electrical work.

Steve Martin was our technician for an emergency call. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very professional. Steve was very thorough, he offered suggestions and walked us through what he needed to replace. We are super appreciative for all that he did. We highly recommend Mister Sparky!

It was an absolute pleasure to have an electrician who was kind, patient and honest. I have been dealing with terrible lighting in my kitchen which then stopped working. Mr. Collins took the time to inspect everything, listen to my concerns and offer solutions and options. His work was professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company because of Mr. Collins.

Francis came out to assess our breaker box replacement and was able to do it the same day. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in detailed, and answered any question we had with great passion and respect. He is very nice and personable to make us feel comfortable.

My wife and I will NEVER use Mr. Sparky again after the experience we had with their tech Ronald Riggenbach. We asked Mr. Sparky to come look out our garage GFCI outlet after our refrigerator kept tripping it and shutting off the power in the garage. Ronald came in gums blazing, telling my wife and I we needed a new electrical panel and a complete rewiring of our garage and outdoor electrical outlets. Total cost was over $13,000.

Naturally, we got a second opinion for an electrician recommended by a family member was came out and spotted the problem immediately: we were plugging our 20amp refrigerator into a 15amp wall outlet. Took them about half an hour to install a new outlet for us for $190. Complete scam artist.

Oh, and while Ronald was doing his due diligence he neglected to shut the door on our outside electrical panel. Thank god it didn’t rain or we might’ve actually needed thousands of dollar in repair work. If you want an honest, quality job for your electrical work look elsewhere!

Luis came by for an appointment to check out a tripping breaker box. Making the appointment with the AI Chatbot was very easy, plenty of email and text reminders, and the tech was wonderful. Luis was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. Mr. Sparky Pompano was awesome and I would 100% keep using them.

I was uncertain about what to think regarding this experience. I have used your company several times in the past, although not through this new office. Your company previously installed my electric car charger and replaced the fluorescent lights in my garage with LED fixtures. The electrician Dakota who came from the Palm Beach County office was very knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.

However, this recent experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I felt as though Luis was more focused on generating additional charges than on resolving my actual issue. His recommendation to rewire my entire kitchen did not seem to be a genuine solution, and I did not feel confident that he properly diagnosed the problem.

Additionally, I did not request an evening appointment. I was scheduled for one without being asked, and then informed of an increased charge for a night visit. At no point was I told that the time selected would result in an additional fee. The appointment was simply scheduled without offering me the option of an earlier time at the regular rate.

I am looking forward to speaking to someone and having a more experienced technician come out to diagnose my issue.
I paid for the diagnoses and it was not done properly or ethically.

Very professional and clean job also affordable services. In the future I will recommend to anyone looking for an electric work. Service guys name LUIS AGUILAR and his coworker name KENT SAUNDERS were absolutely amazing. First 2 photos are the old ones and the 3rd one is the newer version and updated version.

Technicians Hector and Josef are very knowledgeable and professional, they explained and answered all questions in terms which I could understand regarding the work replacing electric meter in my property, kept surroundings clean and safe while working which made me feel safe in trusting that I made the right decision when I chose Mister Sparky and most importantly my situation was emergency and they resolved it in less than 24hr, I strongly recommend them!

Jacob did a great job replacing the switches and outlets in my bathroom and replacing the outdated fluorescent lighting in my kitchen. He was on time, polite, smart, and honest. I would definitely hire him again.

Francis Collins was the gentleman who came out to give us our quote. He was not only professional but transparent with what needed to be done and why. He is a great face for Mister Sparky and represents the company with outstanding integrity.

Had a double pole c/b fry the bus bar which in turn caused one of my A/Cs to not work. One of my neighbors recommended Mr Sparky. It was early afternoon and within 1.5 hours Francis arrived to assess situation and brief on several options to follow. Francis was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Upon agreement, early next morning by 8 am Jonathan arrived and started the tedious and highly technical work of removing the “old” panel and installing a brand new 200 amps and 42 slots panel—-a hard and time consuming job; Jonathan was laser focused and wasted no time tackling the job ahead. Amidst a Weather heat advisory Jonathan meticulously removed and replaced this CB panel; in a few hours he plowed through to final completion meeting the highest of expectations. Safe, thorough, meticulous and tidy. Both Francis and Jonathan epitomize true professionals in their field and reflect great credit to their company, Mr Sparky. Job well done!
