Highest recommendation to Mauricio and his team at Luma. Our air conditioning failed during the highest temperatures in August. We were impressed by their rapid response, professionalism, and friendly approach. Luma experts accurately diagnosed the problem. They ordered a part for us from the manufacturer. Luma staff determined the part was covered under warranty via our previous contractor, and Luma did 100% of the warranty legwork immediately.

On a personal note, we have been looking for an excellent AC company for years. And we are very happy to have found Luma.
