The A/C Guys did a great job and ended up fixing an unsafe situation the last contractor did, providing me with a now safe and secure fitting that will last years. So glad I had them come in and clean out my dryer vent, so worth it for peace of mind. They were terrific!

I should have made this review years ago. I bought a Home that had an AC from this company. So, when I needed service I called them. They came out and did their maintenance service on my unit. After completing the service I paid and he left. As he was driving off. My AC started making some loud noise. Literally while I could still see him driving away. I called him and he came right back.

When he started to inspect the unit for the noise he determined that it was my condensation pump and it needed to be replaced. (For $500) its a $50 pump at home depot. This pump was working fine and was having zero problems before they came to my house that day.

Needless to say, this got me a little upset. When the technician saw I was upset he asked me to speak with his boss on the phone. This is where we get good!

The owner proceeded to scold me on how “This is Florida and Not New York” and “Its the middle of summer” “things like this happen all the time” and “It was just a coincidence that my pump blew up right after the service.” When I tried to stand my ground and said “No Sir” “There were Zero signs of distress to the pump” He got very angry and Threatened me Physically! OVER THE PHONE like a coward. Leaving his tech standing there looking at me saying “I didnt say that”.

AC companies are those types of businesses that when customers call they are in distress and need a comforting hand they can trust. The AC Guy is not that Business.

John, the owner AC/Guy came the first thing this morning.He diagnosed the issue and took care of it. John did an excellent job, very professional, pleasant, thorough and worked hard to get the job done. Happy with the service, very knowledgeable and price was right. The AC Guy is the greatest. If you have any AC issues, big or small, please give AC Guy a call. Also, customer service is excellent. Thank you.

So happy with their prompt attention to our broken AC … so warm yesterday and back to cool and comfy today!!

This company is very professional. On time, did what they came to do , everything working great, courteous and clean. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact, we already recommended them to someone already!

I was not present, but I am told by my relative they did an excellent job. The only disappointment was I asked for pictures to be sent the day before they came and that was not done. My AC person also requested them because he is installing AC tomorrow. Thank you for doing such a great job on the ducts.

Quick and honest. He explained everything to me from what was wrong to the age of the unit and and the condition it is in. He does not charge me for stuff that is not needed. I found him a few visits ago for a second opinion on something and he gave me no BS and told me exactly what was needed and was not

I called and received an appointment for the next day. The technician was on time and friendly. It turned out to be a bad thermostat. With the new thermostat it's still not keeping the correct temperature. I left a message that same night the work was done with no response.

Anthony did an excellent job getting my air conditioner working again. Very happy. He was professional and I felt that he cared about my issue.

I have dealt with the owner Stan of the AC GUY for more than 25 years. He has installed and serviced many AC units in several of my homes over the past 25 years. Always a fair price. Always great expedite service. Never ever any issues with any of the new installations or service. Great guy,great workers and great correspondence with John who works for Stan at the AC GUY business. I recommend the AC GUY FOR ALL AC INSTALLS AND REPAIRS. I guarantee you will be totally satisfied.

Honest work from Anthony .. they tell you like it is, they tell you what you need, if you don't need it they don't do it. I had coil replaced in my inside unit in the past they showed me everything what was wrong instead of just telling me I needed it. They give me visuals and I love it! John and his crew are awesome!
