Mauricio and his staff are truly professionals. They respond quickly and get the job done very well, timely and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Luna Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing repairs or a new heating and/or cooling unit!

I highly recommend Mauricio and his team. They were reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. He Arrived on time for our appointments and was very responsive to texts and phone calls in between appointments. We were so impressed that we have now switched from our current AC company to using them for our yearly maintenance.

I had an emergency with my AC system. There was leaking from the ceiling. Luckily someone referred me to your company and Dustin came and did a phenomenal job. And now I can fly home in peace tomorrow🙏😊

Now i understand when people wish there was an option for zero stars! AC GUY is completely unreliable. They came out 5 times within 3 months b/c they couldn't find out why our AC was leaking...not until we showed them the 3 buckets full of water that we were changing out daily, did they realize "oh it's s broken pan - pay us $1000+." why? We never touched the AC, except for the filter change. They claim we broke it. HOW? We don't have the knowledge to pull that unit apart. The technicians did it 5 different times, but we are at fault - apparently my 6-yr unit is the problem. DO NOT CALL THEM! John, the owner was completely unprofessional, fought with his dying breath that us not touching is what caused this problem...doesn't make sense to me either. i asked to just compromise on price if we couldn't come to an agreement. Did not let us speak at all. Anthony - if you read this, thank you for trying. Find another company to work for.

We have used this company for several years and they are very professional and responsive to our concerns. I have been pleased with all of there service techs who have been polite and on time. I appreciate the text messages with the techs name before arrival. Dennis and Hector have done a great job working with me to find and repair a leak in my AC unit.

Was set on up selling a maintenance program prices and fees increased with out paying for maintenance

The Service man diagnosed my central air unit. Showed me everything he found. Then made recommendations. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Subscribed to AC Maintenance program. Great service and a great program.
Definitely worth it.

Boy am I glad went with the Ac Guys. This day and age there is no customer service Howe ver this company goes above and beyond. Had a new unit installed in August awesome experience, had a little issue today within 3 hours Dustin was at house. So nice to have a company that really cares about their customers

I am a long-term customer and I have the A/C Guy servicing my home and 2 rental properties. They do a quality job at a fair price. I highly recommend them.
4/28/2025 Update - Our tenants in one of our rental properties informed us that the A/C was not cooling properly so we contacted the A/C Guy to investigate. They found a leak in the condenser coils . After replacing them the system is cooling properly again.
5/17/2024 Update - We had an A/C Tune-up at our rental condo. The A/C tech did a great job checking the coils, and refrigerant pressures, and all were in the normal range. Thanks A/C Guy!
6/22/2023 Update - We had an A/C Tuneup at our house. Anthony, our A/C tech flushed the drainpipe, checked the coils, and refrigerant pressures, and all were in the normal range. Thanks A/C Guy!
5/30/2023 Update - We had our rental property's A/C drainpipe flushed to maintain our system & had a hard-starter installed on the condenser since it wouldn't start. We also purchased a new 1 year A/C maintenance contract to ensure service coverage for the year. Thanks A/C Guy!

9/29/22 Update - An electric power fluctuation caused the A/C not to turn on. Our tech diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse in the air handler, and a nonworking compressor contactor. We're back to a working A/C again. Thanks A/C Guy!
8/16/22 Update - I requested a tuneup of our home A/C system. Our tech Harry flushed out the drainpipe and checked the air handler and compressor pressures. Everything checked out fine. Thanks A/C Guy!
7/5/22 Update - Our A/C system was not cooling properly so the tech found that the drainpipe was clogged so he flushed it out. Everything is working fine now!
6/14/22 Update - Our A/C system was not cooling properly so the tech checked the pressures and determined that the coolant was a little bit low and the thermostat was not working properly, so it was replaced. Everything is working fine now!
1/19/22 Update - We just had A/C Tuneups performed on our 3 rental condos and our house. The technician Harry did a great job going through the service checklist with me and he recommended some maintenance to prolong the life of each system. Thanks for doing a great job!
10/28/21 Update - One of our rental properties had a problem with the A/C not cooling enough. A/C Guy came out to check the unit within 2 hours and flushed the A/C drainpipe which corrected the problem. Thanks A/C Guy!
10/21/2021 Update: Had a whistling sound coming from the air intake of my home A/C system and John came out within a few hours. He determined that the air filter was causing the whistling sound. He adjusted it and the sound was gone. Thanks John, Stan and everyone at A/C Guy!

I am not going to write down our whole A/C story, but this company deserves 5 stars all around. From the office scheduling the service appointment, to the owner, Stan, to his employee Dustin - nothing but friendly and courteous service. We were helped promptly and always informed about our options. I had looked for an A/C company and the A/C Guy showed up in several recommendations, and they weren't wrong. If you need a company that is trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable, this is the one you need to call. I have nothing bad to say about them and will recommend them to anyone that asks in the future. Pricing was very fair in my opinion and I never felt talked into something. Thank you!

We called The A/C Guy when the unit in our townhouse stopped working. They arrived just a couple of hours later to check out the situation. No surprise – our 21 year old compressor finally gave out. Stan was able to find 3 systems that would work for us, and we chose a Goodman unit at a reasonable price. Financing was arranged immediately, and they came out the next day to replace our A/C.
It couldn’t have gone any better. Stan, Devin and Dustin worked all day on a difficult job with a very tight space in the attic for the air handler. They were respectful of our property - and us – the whole time they were there. They always made sure they closed doors behind them and wore their masks when around us. They didn’t make a mess while working and cleaned up when they were done. We were cool again that evening.
We’re very happy with the new Goodman unit, as it is obviously much more powerful than our old unit, and more efficient, too.
Good guys, and very professional. Highest possible recommendation.

I’m still awaiting 6months follow up on the AC system as promised also I received a notification from the city of coconut Creek regarding the AC permit which was supposed to be taken care of by your company.

The AC Guy came to the condo and gave me a full evaluation of what had to be done plus a concise assessment of another issue. He is honest and straightforward I was very pleased with the visit. We scheduled a follow up to get the work done.

Had a yearly maintenance check up and everything is fine. I knew it would be as they put in a new air conditioner last year and it’s been working perfectly.

Wonderful, Excellent!!! I felt he was my hero. I came home after 2 weeks visiting family, plus I was feeling sick and my air was not blowing cold air, it was after 8 pm on a Saturday, who do you call?? THE A/C Guy Inc. I made the call and in less than an hour he was here, had everything back up and running. Fantastic service.

Dustin is doing a fine job trying to determine where a water leak is coming from in my condo. He is determined to find the true source of the leak. I trust his work ethic.

The A/C guys replaced my duck work on my 40 year old house along with a new a/c unit. They did an amazing job and showed up on time which is a rarity here in South Florida Would highly recommend them!

Stan and his team were amazing. Professional, kind, respectful, fair, trustworthy, knowledgeable… They came very well recommended by my dear neighbor after another contractor came here trying to scam me. Later I discovered that this guy also tried to scam another person the same week through a friend in common that knew this bad contractor.
Stan came here on time, installed everything, removed the old installation pipes that were not being used, cleaned everything after themselves, left the attic clean, the garage clean, and everything better than it was before their arrival. Honestly, it lacks words to say how grateful I am to Stan and his team. After years experiencing Florida’s bad contractor, Stan gave me hopes in humanity back. Awesome job, awesome professionalism, outstanding organization, impeccable cleanliness, respectful interactions… That’s a professional!!!!! I hope the company knows the top-tier resource they have!
