I called this company and I had a technician out right away! When the tech arrived he checked what the problem was and gave me an fair estimate and I said let’s move forward and get my ac cooling again. I had my ac cooling and the service that they provided was very professional and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend This company if you’re having problems with your ac.

Extremely knowledgeable. Lazaro was kind in taking the time to thoroughly explain to me the issue with my air conditioning system and gave me the comfort that they would do their best to provide me with a viable solution. Needless to say, 911 Cold Air corrected my issue same day and prevented me from having to replace my entire HVAC system. Quick and effective, I highly recommend.

Called them in the morning and was able to get my AC running same day no problem. The gentlemen they sent was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on to the unit. My coil had to be replaced, and I was completely satisfied with quote and quality of the job done. No mess left in my home, and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know. My AC was not cooling at all. I called this company and I had a technician within 35 minutes! They told me there was availability since there was a technician nearby my area and I was so happy to hear that. Once the technician arrived he checked what the problem was and they gave me a verbal estimate and I said let’s move forward and get my ac cooling again. Fairly enough I had my ac cooling and the service that Rainier provided was very professional and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. My sister rents from progress residential and they called your company and no one showed up nor a phone call. Let’s also put this out there she 11 months pregnant. I also let me put this out there the house as of right now The AC is still broken and no phone call and it’s Sunday and it’s 100 plus outside. I am still waiting for someone to call me Monday morning. You will be hearing from my attorney.I have changed from 1 star to 4 stars I will change it to 5 when my sister unit gets replaced.they did come this morning and a just changed the fan motor. So we will see.

They installed AC in my unit 2 years ago. AC started not cooling and we called them.They sent technician 3 times. Later they said they found the problem and ordered the part. Part arrived and they installed it at 7pm. They called us next morning 3 times and asked 350$ payment.They mention the AC was in under warranty but they have to charge labor. I told them I have not checked the AC yet and I like to make sure it is working. I checked the AC and it is worse than how they started. AC does not go less than 83F.
It is obvious that they do not know what they are doing. I called them and let them know the AC is not working. Later, a lady called me and telling me she is waiving the 350$ fee like she is gifting me. They could not find what the problem is and changed unnecessary part and pretend like they fix the problem.2 weeks wasted and our AC is still down. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I can not express how great the service was without you thinking I am a family member or a friend of the owners.(I am neither) This was by far the best AC company I have had work on my home AC. Very communicative on when they would arrive, was able to assess the issue and provide me with a estimate of how long the repair would take and explained the issue in a non technical way. Great great great experience.
